What a jam-packed pilot episode! Haha! I can’t get over the last scene 🙈🙈🙈

Whoa. I am so overwhelmed by this show! Overall, I had mixed feelings. While watching, I kept having flashbacks of Goblin and the show has this Hotel Del Luna/Vampire Diaries-ish vibes (especially on action-scenes) that distracts me.
And it can’t be help that Lee Dong Wook is so awesome in his role! Haha! I love this quirky Nine-Tailed fox— who enjoys ice cream, watches sci-fi shows and even loves printed RED umbrella (whats up with umbrella in kdrama world lately!) I love him portraying such roles! (Maybe because he is also quirky IRL? *based on interviews though). And I’m in for the (many) meta-jokes in this show! Just look at LDW flexing his Grim Reapers knowledge (if you know what I mean 😏 heh).
I don’t like Ji Ah (yet) though she is one hell of a sharp, intelligent protagonist to the point where I asked myself if her role really is a PD or a detective? 🤔 Hah. I didn’t like how she had to TEST Lee Yeon with her life, this girl has that much courage eh? She’s manipulative and I am actually scared for our ahjushhi (in this show, 😅hahaha).
Well. Its been a while that I’d actually watched sci-fi themed shows (been following thru DB recaps but no actual shows), so I’d like to see ep2 if I’d be staying for more. But hey, would you look at thaaat scene 😍🤩
Ps. Any brahmsies who were bothered that Prof Yoo is actually in here too?? Haha #DYLBfever
Yup overwhelmed is the word. Because even if it was jam packed, I thought the first episode had too much information not displayed coherently. With the right PD this could’ve been just like Goblin’s grand first episode (honestly the only one I really liked in the show) but it was bits of information scattered here and there. Nonetheless I still dig it, it has an old school vibe to it which most shows lack these days, I’m in for the crack factor. But that last scene was totally unnecessary, it was ending quite well on there slow mo superman hold but maybe they had to assert that for now they are enemies.
Right?! It is messy 🤔
And really, that last part, was totally unnecessary as it was too repetitive from the other shows. Hahaha.
But I think I need to check out ep 2 🙆♀️🙆♀️🙆♀️

I also have mixed feelings about this show. However, I’m a sucker for fantasy dramas so I’ll continue watching.

I will check out to and I’m sticking with it for now. I actually do like the brothers and I’m in it for the fantasy factor.
