I’m not watching this, but based on the two shows I have watched of his – CLOY and School 2017 – I’d say he’s a darned good actor.

If you watched his other show ‘time’ you’d be even more surprised at how good he is.

He first stole beanies’ hearts in a sageuk, REBEL: THIEF WHO STOLE THE PEOPLE. So I’m sure he is killing it as the king.

@seoul_searcher and @WishfulToki – you just sent me down a KJH rabbit hole on YT. I knew he was darned good. But gosh he’s just so good!! I can’t say that enough times over! What a powerhouse of a talent!

          LOL. Yes of course!

My only grouse with his casting in this show was that he didn’t look like a 17 year old from any angle.

I forgot! There is a lovely little mini drama called “Bing Goo”. Have you seen it? It’s really sweet.

Watch this scene and you’ll be blown by his raw acting.

Also I think his background in theatre is what allows him to express so much without being over the top. His acting style seems similar to shin hye sun where they are both so good at controlling their emotions with such intensity which is why they’re such a good acting pair.

That whole video was one take! Wow. Just wow.
I agree. He definitely knows his craft *really* well.

I have watched very little of Shin Hye Sun (mainly her brief role in Stranger 1; I dropped Still 17, because I didn’t like it at all), but from what I gather, she’s doing a pretty awesome job too.

            He does indeed!

I would say shin hye sun shined in angel’s last mission, she hard carried that drama as well. That was more of a melodrama than Mr. queen but she’s great in both genres
