Yes it was. I knew Seo Hwi died, but not Sun Ho. It was a fitting end.

Oh no, I’m getting all the Feels again. This drama made no sense in a lot of aspects, but it really hurt my heart. My damaged Puppy Sunho, I can’t! 😭

Poor Sun Ho, there were times when I disliked him intensely, but I put that down to Woo Do-hwan expressive face and superb acting abilities. I know Seo Hwi was the lead, but I think Sun-ho’s character and bearing were more attractive. He did have an authoritive stance and voice, whereas friend Seo Hwi was more the “common people”. Even their clothing was vastly different. Seo Hwi always looked like he needed a good bath and a trip to a good hair stylist! He was rather untidy looking! I know this is Kdrama land, but still…..

The ending and death scene was very well done and was appropriate. I cried buckets and sniffled my way through a good many tissues. I liked the way our hero held his best friend protectively in his arms as he lay dying. Beautifully acted. I’m tearing up just talking about it.
