Seo In Guk of course is soaring. yet, it is a different kind of swindler from yeon do. but you know, trying to make a character “special”, extraordinary, over the top sometimes works, sometimes not. it can be a Jack Sparrow or it can be tiresome for the viewer. the writing, I mean. I have more respect for writers who can make an ordinary character shine. without the gimmicky-ness. it has to have substance, not glaze. we will see. Ingukkie seems to aim for a “pushing the line”, playing high stakes kind of guy, who only looks confident but is aware that being exposed is a matter of time. hopefully we see more than a decorative caricature, like a guy who is also swindling himself out of a real identity, but can just be himself with people he chooses as his kin.
