It was one of those mornings today. I know you’ve had them like this. When you wake up singing, “DO INTERRRRNNN!!!” and you have no idea why. Luckily for me, Dramabeans has had me develop skillzzz and now I can play it whenever I want…and so, now, can you!
Also, this aria(?) happens to be how I remember the order of names to titles in Korean.
Also, I’d forgotten how hilarious his, “어, 왔어” line was after she walks in.
Also, he sounds like a teenager in this. I’m very used to (and very much prefer, I’m afraid) the older PHS as this point.
We looked up his music after we originally saw this and were disappointed in how un-operatic his popular catalogue was. He could have been a Freddy Mercury rock god, sigh!
(I do keep hoping his singing will turn up again in some unexpected way in his dramas)
Irrespective of the fact I like PHS in all forms – young, old, and zombie, I was not as big a fan of his voice per se (OBY changed it). What Happens to My Family has a family singing event and he sings so bad (on purpose) that I thought it to be natural. So imagine my surprise at this. I wasn’t even sure ‘Do Intern’ was his voice at that point, so I looked him up and I was gobsmacked to know he was an Idol. But his ‘Bud’ in OBY is beautiful and it’s one of the songs that grows on you.

All those years in musical theatre (2011 to 2019, minus 2015 & 2017) surely helped those pipes, I’m sure 😀
