Jin Yi-han started out as a musical actor before crossing over into television and film. In 2007, he starred in KBS2’s eight-episode fusion sageuk thriller Conspiracy in the Court, which earned him a Best New Actor nomination at the KBS Drama Awards. In 2010, he acted alongside Kim So-eun in the KBS1 daily series Fine Windy Day, which gave him an Excellence Award nomination at the KBS Drama Awards. In 2011, he appeared in the MBC weekend drama Hooray for Love and in the MBN sitcom You’re Here, You’re Here, You’re Really Here. In 2013, he found more success after becoming part of the hit MBC sageuk Empress Ki. In 2014, he joined the main casts of MBC’s A New Leaf and tvN’s My Secret Hotel. In 2015, he headlined another MBC weekend series, The Family Is Coming. In 2016, the actor changed his stage name to Kim Ji-han prior to the airing of his new MBC daily drama Golden Pouch.
