Doyoung, born Kim Dong-young on February 1, 1996, is a South Korean singer and actor. He is a member of the South Korean boy band NCT. He is also known for his role in the youth fantasy series Dear X Who Doesn’t Love Me.

Doyoung debuted with NCT’s first sub-unit NCT U in April 2016 with the singles The 7th Sense and Without You. That same year, he was introduced as a new member of NCT’s second sub-group NCT 127. Aside from group releases, he also lent his voice to the official soundtracks of several TV series such as OCN’s Police Unit 38 in 2016 and MBN’s Rich Man in 2018. In 2019, he became a regular cast member of the SBS reality-documentary show Law of the Jungle in Sunda Islands. In 2021, he made his acting debut as the male lead of MBC Dramanet’s Cafe Midnight Season 3: The Curious Stalker, which won him Best Actor at that year’s Asia Web Awards and Seoul Webfest. He later landed his first stage role in the 2021 musical Marie Antoinette. In 2022, he starred in the youth fantasy drama Dear X Who Doesn’t Love Me.
Doyoung is the younger brother of actor Gong Myung.
