Two theories –
Either he too 🤪 in the car crash and woke up sometime in the past, or
He’s stuck in a time loop and FL needs to do “something” to make it stop.
I actually imagined Secretary Kim could be an Avenge Angel … not avenging himself, but seeing to it that avenge happened in the end. And always playing the long game. Just an idea. I imagine there is some divinity or magic creature or goblin … who made her/them wake up with a date on their wrist. And then I imagine it’s Secreatry Kim.
