Question. Eggs. Firm yolk or runny yolk?

Runny, definitely. But the whites have to be set, otherwise ewwwwwww.
Trick question! You should be eating scrambled eggs.
In seriousness, firm yolk. Runny can get messy and I hate that more than I prefer the taste of runny to firm.
If I boil eggs- Firm outside and runny/soft inside. If someone else boils it- firm Yes I’m have questionable and specific yolk choices. #EggIsLove
If boiled, basted, or poached—soft yolk, firm whites.
Current favorite way to eat boiled eggs: Boil 6.5 minutes and marinated overnight in water+mirin+a sploosh of shoyu. And as @playstore says, #EggIsLove!
