Lee Da-hae, in 2001 and more recently
Lee Da-hae (East of Eden, Hello Miss) has been attracting some attention for recently discovered photos of her earlier days, given how different they look from her current appearance.
These photos capture Lee Da-hae from a “Miss Chun-hyang” beauty pageant she had won back in 2001. The images were shown when actress Jang Shin-young appeared on the KBS variety show Happy Together on the 21st, and was asked about her participation in the Miss Chun-hyang pageant. She explained that she had come in sixth, but that in the same competition, Lee Da-hae had won first place.
Although Jang looks pretty much the same, many fans are wondering at the noted change to Lee Da-hae’s appearance, leading to inevitable plastic-surgery suspicions.

Meanwhile, Lee Da-hae is newly repped by J Tune Entertainment, and will be joining its CEO Rain on the runway as she walks for his line’s 2009 Fall-Winter collection. They’ll both model items from Rain’s own clothing brand, Six to Five, at a June 6 show in Hong Kong.

My niece, a Plastic Surgeon elected to do her internship at a well known hospital in Seoul, and she confirms not only most film & TV stars have plastic surgery, every other Korean (as young as 13 have had some plastic surgery done).
Members of the Korean Parliament frequent her surgery & apparently cost is covered by the “Medicare System”.
I wonder if koreans have to declare about their physical assets before marrying. The problem will occur when a couple has children & they will not resemble neither of the parents !!!

I think its just natural having surgeries or whatever for all the actresses and celebrities, since maintaining their career is on top of it. and besides, I guess almost all of celebrities do that. am i right? and Speaking of whatever, whatever is all done, she is pretty right from the start. Perhaps you’ll not find it that gorgeous because the picture in her pageant, she looks so simple. That’s it. Let’s not curse Lee instead let’s just love her. You’ll be blessed.

I know for sure she has her boobs and nose done but i didn’t think she would have her eyes and lips too.
shaven jaw? no, don’t think so, probably lost weight. definitely a nose job. her eyebrows are more natural now than in the older picture. can’t tell if she had eyelid surgery or not. nowadays, just by using makeup cleverly can give you an eye lift and a double eyelid. still had a bit of baby fat on the face in My Girl.

She was a pretty pageant and very traditional Korean face. But now she looks flawless. Still can believe the shock that I have received today.
Also found her childhood photo which shows her jaws were much bigger than now (if that kid was really her).

Her cheek bones look more defined but it can be due to weight loss, but there’s definitely smth about her eyelids and her nose, that’s not too much plastic surgery if you consider many other stars, but I’m also quite certain that it’s also due to make up and lighting . but haha, it’s was a job well done

Lee Da Hae surely had plastic surgery. Thinner face, thinner nose, bigger eyes, fuller lips, toner face overall. Jang Shin Young has always been pretty.

I knew fom the start that something is wrong with her looking like that without a tinge of caucasian genes. I don’t want to soud racist but she looks like she had a jaw reduction aside from all the other stuff. Definitely none of her children will like that but the before face..Now she will have to work hard so they can have plastic surgery too. They will be a family of plastic.. Im a really big fan of kim seung woo since the 90s! D; I’ve also seen lee da haes previous works on EOE and S18.
Plus the plot seemed really interesting however i couldnt get through the first 10 mins because of her fake cheeks! :O She was perfect before these cheeks came along..
