MBC’s Heading to the Ground is still in the early stages of filming, and the production has now released stills of the drama’s recent rainy-day shoot.
The scene features the show’s star Jung Yun-ho (U-Know Yunho), who trades in his idol polish for a humbler image as he films this scene standing barefoot in the rain. While he gets soaked as he drags his pojangmacha food cart along, co-star and love interest Go Ara remains dry.
In the story, Yun-ho’s character, a devoted soccer player, boasts extraordinary shooting skills — but due to his “reckless personality” he often faces difficulties. However, he is persistent and dogged “like a weed,” and finds himself at all sorts of jobs, like working a part-time gig for a chicken restaurant selling skewers at a stand.
His barefootedness comes from the chivalrous act of lending his own sneakers to Ara’s character, whose high-heeled shoe has broken. (Looks like he’s also giving her a ride — what, she couldn’t give the shoes back? Lol.)

Well, personally I find that wet sneakers are the WORST feeling, so maybe he was glad not to have them.
Still a little skeptical about their acting ability (mostly Go Ara’s), but at least they make a pretty couple. I’m actually really looking forward to this one.

I’m actually starting to look forward to this! With Yunho and Ara, the fact that it’s such an SM vehicle makes me think it may be iffy on quality, but I’m starting to get interested!

You know, I’ve always thought Yunho was not bad, but after seeing the first still, I’m a whole lot more interested…hahahah.
The first still looks great….both of them look amazing. Seems that it may be gushy/cliche…but I’m a sucker for stuff like that.
I didn’t recognize him in the first picture. He looks different. He looks like a man. Not an ajusshi, not a pretty-boy with delicately drawn brows and perfectly coiffed hair, but a sexy, young man! XD

although I have never heard of these two people, but somehow Go Ara and Jung Yun Ho make a good pair, at least from the pics. Don’t know about their acting skills. Will have to wait.
