Park Min-young was the last actor cast, but the first to release a photo from the set of drama Sungkyunkwan Scandal, as we see above. The image was uploaded by a netizen on an internet community site and labeled “Confirmed, Park Min-young on the set of Sungkyunkwan Scandal,” which then spread to other portals.
The photo must be from the earliest part of the drama, since Park’s character Kim Yoo-hee soon sheds the woman’s hanbok for menswear when she takes the place of her sick younger brother at school. There, she gets to know the characters played by Micky Yoochun, with whom she has a romantic loveline, and his friends Song Joong-ki and Yoo Ah-in. (Not to mention the rival foursome led by Ha Ji-won’s real-life little bro Jeon Tae-soo.)
Sungkyunkwan Scandal will air on KBS and is tentatively set for a September premiere.

As much as I luv sageuks, I will have to pass on the YB-drama twin vibe that this is giving off…..I hope it does well because it looks like it is marketed to a young generation.
