A parade of stars in October magazines

Warning: Massive photo dump ahead!

Every month we get plenty of actors featured in fashion magazine photo spreads, but for some reason it feels like we’ve got a particularly robust lineup in the magazine circuit for October. So let’s get right to it:

First up, here’s Lee Min-jung (All About My Romance) in her first post-wedding photo shoot, after marrying Lee Byung-heon in August. Her spread was shot in Prague:

Han Hye-jin (Syndrome) is also in Cosmo for her first post-wedding photo spread, having married soccer player Ki Sung-yong in July. Another coincidence: Han Hye-jin was originally up for All About My Romance, which Lee Min-jung took instead. Her next project is the drama Warm Words.

Kim Min-jung (Third Ward) takes on a “Queen of the Night” concept for her Cosmo shoot, in accordance with her upcoming romantic-comedy movie of the same name:

Though I’ve seen him in a number of roles, I’m pretty sure I will forever think of Lee Seo-jin as Seo-jinnie, reluctant but dutiful luggage boy for Grandpas Over Flowers, who is featured in October’s Elle magazine. Such is the power of variety.

Also in Elle, with accompanying interview: Daniel Henney, out with a new comedy movie The Spy, which opened earlier this month and has been performing well at the box office. It looks like a pretty easy and familiar fun ride.

On to Bazaar, which has Song Hye-gyo (That Winter, the Wind Blows) on its cover for its October issue:

Also in the issue is Han Ji-hye, who recently wrapped up her weekend family drama I Summon You, Gold; the show ended last week after enjoying a solid run with averaging 20% ratings.

Then there’s Go Soo, who also wrapped up a drama last week (Empire of Gold)…

…and Yoo Ah-in (Jang Ok-jung, Live By Love) with Jung Yumi (Queen of the Office), who have a couple shoot to correspond to their upcoming movie Kkang-chulie:

Park Shin-hye gets a spread and an interview in InStyle’s October issue, in advance of her drama’s premiere (Heirs, as though you didn’t know):

Must be an Heirs issue, because Kim Sung-ryung is also in it (she plays the mother to our lead heir, played by Lee Min-ho):

Speaking of whom, can’t forget the headliner, who’s on the cover of 10+Star’s October issue:

Yeo Jin-gu has a new show out with tvN’s sitcom Potato Star 2013QR3—where he plays years older than his 16 years of age—though much of his promo is for his crime thriller movie Hwa-yi.

It sure feels like Lee Jong-seok is everywhere these days, doesn’t it? (What with hit drama I Hear Your Voice, hit movie Face Reader, and upcoming swimming movie No Breathing). Then again, when you’re hot, you’re hot.

Last but not least, here’s Go Ara for Vogue Girl, who won’t be looking like this for the foreseeable future as she trades her trendy style for a basketball-loving tomboy in the upcoming Answer Me 1994:

Really can't pick a winner.
Go Soo looks like a pretty young Al Pacino. He has always reminded me to him.

This is one of the first SHK spreads that allows us to see her real skin instead of that mask of photo shopping and make-up.

Han Hye-jin looks particularly pretty. Her face never demonstrates much happiness, even when she smiles...or am I thinking too much of her character in Thornbirds?

And can they please JUST STOP with the Yeo Jin-gu? It simply isn't right. Yes, he is pretty. I can handle pretty. It allows me to distance myself safely.
But how can he be manly? Manly makes me want to sit-up close and inspect.

Thank you for the spreads!

Honestly not feeling most of these shoots. They're pretty lackluster both in styling and modeling.

Park ShinHye looks lovely in hers, even if her expressions are lacking. The clothes are beautiful too.

Really love that black sweater dress tunic in the second picture of Han Ji Hye's shoot but hate hate HATE the wet hair look. SMH at whatever stylist thought that up.

The 2nd and 3rd shots in Song Hye Gyo's shoot are gorgeous. The big hat picture is perfect and I want that heart sweater.

Daniel Henney's shoot is cute as is Lee Seo Jin's. The first picture of Go Ara is lovely. I appreciate the shots of Prague in the first one too.

Kim Sung Ryung and Yeo Jin Gu are the hottest here.
They should do a controversial drama with them as the OTP.

Jung YUmi's face is quite versatile! I think she can tackle any role because of that =), i'm so envious!

Jin-goo, i can't really picture the fact that he's only 16 years old with that kind of face. Specially when he speaks! i feel and imagine so many unmentionable things everytime he's speaks! Gosh, i'm bad =(, i need help hahahaha

Song Hye-Kyo is so beautifully hot; proving she'll never be out with her beautiful face as ever! Gawd. I just can't even..

Park Shin-Hye is drop dead gorgeous girl! She was so innocent and now gaining more precious look but still with well-preserved image.. I can't explain but she has this "IT" factor!

For Lee Min-jung she just got married huh? She's pretty good too!

And OMG OMG Kim Sung-ryung HOT MOMMA! Really. Still sexy and... and..

Lee Jong-seok his eyes! I just melt. Hahaha! WTH have you done to make these photos of you this good huh?

Lovey pics ...... what caught my attention:

Go Soo - Not his fault, but why the bird? Unless you're filming a movie where you're a pirate on the high seas, no man should have a bird on his shoulder.

Kim Sung-ryung - Never fails to look fantastic!

Han Ji-hye - What she was photographed in looks great. How they styled her for these shots, not so much.

Yeo Jin-gu - The camera loves him.

Well.

*...*

I jus have one question. Why, out of all the photo shoot... is Lee Min Ho the only one who has a shitty style (god, brown with a black and white shirt... I'm not a big fan of style but that's horrible) and the only one with ... only one shoot ?

*...*

I feel guilty when I remember that Yeo Jin-Gu is sixteen. Really.

*...*

Just wow. A parade. You found the word.

While Lee Min-jung is pretty, she needs better/more interesting facial expressions.

Han Hye-jin looks great in her shots.

The 1st 2 Song Hye-gyo's pics are nice, the last 2, the hair and makeup aren't as good.

Some artistic director tried to be too "artsy" w/ Han Ji-hye's spread w/ that whole "artfully messy" strands thing - which is more or less just messy-looking.

Couldn't recognize Jung Yumi - that girl is a chameleon.

Always thought Park Shin-hye had more of a cute pretty than truly gorgeous face, but they did a good job w/ her hair and makeup. But she sure looks good in a pair of skin tight leather pants.

Still don't get the appeal of Lee Jong-seok who is a total "fish face." And that's on top of having a body of an 10 yr old boy (or girl).

Saw Daniel Henney in a Chinese film production called One Night Surprise weeks ago. Worth watching. I'm still hot and bothered.

SHK is so thin and short hair does not suit her, though she still looks gorgeous on that magazine.
