Yoo Yeon-seok, Lee Jin-wook, Park Seo-joon cast to play one leading man

How can three guys play one leading man, you ask? Why, in a body-swap comedy where the hero constantly wakes up in different bodies, of course. The fact that he wakes up in only men as handsome as Yoo Yeon-seok (Answer Me 1994), Lee Jin-wook (Three Musketeers), or Park Seo-joon (Witch’s Romance) is a bit unrealistic on the part of Fate, but I guess if I’m already suspending my disbelief for a body-hopping romantic lead, why not overlook how statistically unlikely this scenario would be? (Riiight, ’cause math is the thing that would stop me from watching this movie.)
The project, called Beauty Inside, is about a man who goes to sleep and wakes up in another person’s body, and another, and another. The description just says it happens when he goes to sleep and wakes up, so who knows if he literally wakes up in a new body every day, or if he spends chunks of time in each. It’s basically the story of his journey back to his own body, motivated by the fact that he’s in love with a woman — Han Hyo-joo (Cold Eyes), who’s been attached to the project since August — and somehow has to win her heart despite this predicament.
I have no idea how he’s going to get her to fall in love with him when she’ll see him as three (or more) different men, but already I find the uphill battle endearing. To really get me in the heart, they’d have to cast the original hero well — a sweet guy who isn’t as handsome, but could really get across that he’s a better man on the inside — someone like Oh Jung-se or Park Jung-min. I mean, if the guy starts out looking like Yoo Yeon-seok and spends time in Lee Jin-wook’s body, I don’t know that there are a lot of life lessons to be learned there.
In any case, I like the idea that Han Hyo-joo’s character falls in love with the man on the inside no matter which body he’s in, and it should be really fun to watch these actors portray one character consistently from body to body. And the best part? She gets to date them all, and then she doesn’t even have to choose which guy to be with in the end — they all get the girl! Talk about having your cake and eating it too.
The actors are considering favorably and finalizing negotiations; once the casting is complete, Beauty Inside will start filming later this year for a 2015 release.

This is Yoo Yeon Seok's fi-freaking-th movie for 2014. I am having mixed feelings. Happy and sad.

The movie's premise sounds interesting and I've seen the short movie "Beauty Inside" by Drake Doremus (as someone pointed it out in Han Hyo Joo's previous casting post) and the short movie made me awwww'ing.
If this movie really is based on that short movie, or any other materials of the same plot, I hope the movie production team sorted out on the copyright matters, first.
...again, Yoo freaking Yeon Seok, I am cryptic staring you for not returning to dramaland. sobs.

Her acting is way overrated!

Well a similar story line to it. When I read the synopsis, I was shocked because they both have the same idea!
I am really excited on how they are gonna make this movie and also who wouldn't fall for guys like them??? The lead actress is really lucky hehehe :D

So proud of YYS for snagging another film, but I'm itching to have him for 16+ episodes and the thirst is getting realer by the day.
BUT... on the upside, a movie with Lee Jin Wook and Park Seo Joon? SO exciting.. I hope that they all have a bromance with each other bts, since YYS seems to form really tight friendships with his bros.
Han Hyo Joo I am meh about, but with these guys on board, I don't even really mind.

I looked it up, and while I don't believe in guilt by association either, her brother bullying a fellow soldier to the point of suicide and then having her well-connected family cover it up (for the sake of her image and her many CFs) is not a minor thing.
I don't see what her wanting attention or not has to do with it. The initial fault was not hers, but she benefited from the coverup - I am not surprised that people are angry and calling for her CFs to go down, if they could do the same with Lee Byung Hoon.

I think I've read somewhere that her father is high ranked in the military, so I think the cover-up is done especially for and by him. It's all so sad, I hope for the victims bereaved a fair investigation.
Oh and I think LBH is a first class creep that should be forgotten. HHJ not so much.

Lee Byung Hoon was also involved in Han Hyo Joo's coverup, he is the owner of her agency and got all the articles taken down. There is no way shedid not know about the scandal, or did not agree to the covering up.
CF is about image, would anyone really want to buy things endorsed by a star who you know tried to hide something like this?

This sounds interesting, but I admit the premise gave me pause at first. If I had to choose from those three who I would want to be the hero it would be Lee Jin-wook. But, if none of them is the real body, then okay. I'll go with it. There must be a more supernatural reason why the hero gets body-swapped. Maybe he's in a coma or something?
Anyway, the final cast will be what decides me to watch or not.

This sounds like "Every Day", a YA book by David Levithan (editor of my beloved Maggie Stiefvater <3), which I haven't read, but my sister still complains about, years after reading it, because it was so frustrating and unsatisfying. Hope the drama is better!
