It’s enlistment day for Kim Ji-hoon

Kim Ji-hoon (29) is off for the next two years to serve his country, and said his goodbyes to the press and public on October 4 at the Nonsan training facility. He will train there for five weeks, then begin 22 months of active duty.
Kim was recently the subject of a romantic “scandal” (which just means dating rumors; there’s no negative connotation to it) with his Joseon X-Files co-star, Im Jung-eun. While they’ve been a little coy about it, he did say on the 4th that he asked her particularly to come visit while he’s enlisted — but made sure to clarify with a laugh, “Since it’s not true, there’s no reason for us to avoid each other. Still, since it might cause misunderstandings, I told her to come with other friends.”
Kim Ji-hoon studied psychology at Ajou University, then debuted as an actor in the 2002 KBS drama Loving You. He followed that with roles in dramas Great Inheritance, Flowers For My Life, Golden Age of the Daughter-in-Law, Love & Marriage, Iron Empress, and Wish Upon a Star. His most recent role, Joseon X-Files, just wrapped filming a week ago (and is AWESOME).

i wished it was voluntary too and exempt the celebs since they bring entertainment to us! i gathered the rich ppl in korea esp the relative of some well known electronic industries got to be exempted accdg to some korean newspapers!

i've seen most of his dramas after liking him in Stars but there's a few more to go like Golden Era & How Much Love too bad both are not subbed! :((

sorry for being a regular here :))) i can't help but release my sadness of his departure so bear w/me --- the other day we went for Kor. food & the owner's dtr who was so nice & bubbly got to talking w/us & we asked if she watches K dramas & she said yes so she asked us who my fave actor & told her Kim ji hoon she said oh i like him too she said & mentioned something about how she likes him from Stars Falling & told us he's a very talented man & went to university so maybe she meant what you have here JB that he studied at Ajou U in psychology! So he's not just a pretty face but witty too! glad to know that! i just thought of sharing this w/you guys! :)

I have only watched him in stars falling but I sooooooooo fell in love with him that I decided to watch all of his dramas , I hope his other dramas are gorgeous as well ....
