Drama viewership ratings for the week of June 3-9, 2019

Everyone take out their To-Watch lists because we’ve got three more shows to consider. On Monday, we had the premieres of Perfume and Investigation Couple 2. And on Wednesday, we had the premiere of Search Query: WWW, which is off to a good start with 2.4 percent.
On Thursday, One Spring Night caught up to Angel’s Last Mission: Love, and now both shows are settling around 8 percent. Nice to see two great (but very different) romantic dramas getting those numbers.
Finally, for the weekend, Mother of Mine is still at the top while Different Dreams is at the bottom. And as expected, the cable shows are doing extremely well, with Voice 3 getting 4.4 percent and Arthdal Chronicles getting 7.7 percent.

I want to pick up The Wind Blows, the rating seems good enough for a JTBC drama. Is it worth my time or not?
I dropped it because it was so depressing, how anyone could treat their spouses like that.
Save Me 2 is still the only drama I watch this round. It's getting better and better every week.

I think MBC's strategy is working. They moved their timeslot to 9pm and both dramas are getting good ratings. Spring Night ratings is gradually increasing each week. I suspect Investigation Couple ratings might increase too.
Anyways..Congrats SSR, casts and crew for topping the Mon-Tues 10pm slot in its 1st week 😊

Interested to see which drama will prevail on the Wed-Thurs timeslot since Angel and Spring Night is head to head. Personally, didn't like Spring Night but didn't also expect Angel to get that high rating considering L is an idol. We have great shows this season and I'm loving it!

I really like both of them for completely different reasons. I am surprised that Perfume came out of the gate so strong, ratings wise. I like it, but I am still surprised at the initial ratings report.

I've read positive response from viewers. Excited to see its ratings rise next week! The drama is good so far. Bae Ta Mi is holding her own place, deserving of respect. Another great female character in dramaland. Not to mention Lee Da Hee and the other woman have complex characters as well. And Jang Ki Yong.. Oh well.

Jang Ki Yong is a bonus 😍 Im Soo Jung's chemistry with Jang Ki Yong is really good! Actually better than Yoo Ah In in Chicago Typewriter.
Love the characters and story... I'm excited to see how the story unfolds.

Haven't seen Chicago Typewriter but yeah. JKY and ISJ look good together. And their initial encounter in ep 1 was "awesome~" (VP) haha. I'm not bothered by their age gap at all! Goodness gracious JKy was so cute in ep2!!!

Thanks @wishfultoki for your quick review. I will check out JS. It does look interesting. Late last year another of the small cable channels Channel A produced (and Viki subbed) the fine TWELVE NIGHTS.
O/T I recently took the plunge and paid for a year’s subscription to ODK. Supposedly at the time at its demise DramaFever had 400,000 paid subscribers. I was (am) hoping ODK would pick up the slack. I think it would be the perfect place for the non Kocowa channels to stream their programs in English.
Lol If I was Bill Gates this problem of availablilty would have been taken care of already but alas.

One Spring Night is catching up. And they have the biggest ratings jump last Thursday. Well it is getting more and more engaging and interesting. I am rooting for this drama. I have not been obsessed with a drama for a while and this show really makes me crazy lol

I'm sad The Secret Life of My Secretary isn't getting higher ratings as that's the drama I am in love with right now. Which was quite the surprise as I wasn't planning to even watch it, but once I started I couldn't stop.
