Little women a mystery drama? I was thinking it’s a slice of life so wonder what they are adding in to make it fit in the mystery genre.

As a free-standing drama, maybe this works? As anything remotely connected to the original 'Little Women,' it looks dreadful. Hard pass unless a miracle happens.

Jung Seo-kyung is best known for her work on Park Chan-wook films (including his latest Cannes winner Decision to Leave), so I'm expecting a pretty jagged slice of life. After all, these are the people who turned Zola's Therese Raquin into a vampire movie.

Its a chaebol drama. the usual rich versus poor, corruption vs justice. The three poor sisters are fighting against a corrupt chaebol group. That's the basic premise and the youngest sister gets caught up in some drama with one of the rich daughters.

What are they thinking, making Little Women a chaebol revenge drama? Why don't they come up with their own original story then? It will decrease their production cost for sure (don't have to pay for adaptation fee or something like that - are they?)

At this rate they'll probably adapt Emily Bronte's Wuthering Heights and turn it into a makjang drama lol

I think 'Little Women' is in the public domain, so they don't have to pay anyone anything. It sounds like a gimmick to gain some eyeballs just with the title.

I don't think it's fair to even call it an adaptation. Borrowed ideas maybe, but it looks to be the same old story using Little Women to draw viewers. If they ever do make an actual Koreanized version of LW, I would definitely watch. This, probably not.

Yaaay! Yoo Ah-in and Go Kyung-pyo together again after Chicago Typewriter! Their bromance was so adorable! I can't wait to watch it.

Little Women as a book, is fine. I have never really watched the adaptations, so unless I hear good things, I will probably pass.

Will watch Hip. Han Ji Min has really come far for me. The first thing I ever watched her in was Jekyll Hyde and Me and that was a disaster 😂😭, now I actually look forward to her dramas.

Will this be Yang Se Jong's comeback? Will check it out.

Seoul Vibe looks like an 80s version if fast and the furious and baby driver had a baby. I love a Chicago Typewriter reunion though.

I am really excited for love according to law!!

Han Ji Min has been acting for 19 years! Hyde, Jekyll, Me was only 7 years ago, and it wasn't her fault that it was a disaster.

Sorry if I sound too harsh, I have been watching her since the very beginning and I feel rather protective 😅😅

No, not at all lol. That is why I mentioned for me, because that was my first drama of hers. I have learned the error of my ways, so harshness at all.😊

1. Very excited for this. As for the Little Women adaptation thing, yeah I don’t see any similarities beyond some superficial ones either, so I’m choosing to view it as an original drama to save myself the headache.

2. A pairing I never knew I needed, but all on-board now. I love both actors and the writer + PD team.

3. A cohabitation romance? I’m in. I like it when actual idols play idols in dramas (idk why), so I’m more than okay with Suzy’s presence. Also, Yang Se-jong! I’ve missed him!!

4. Tak Jae-hoon… now that’s a name I haven’t heard in a while. The premise of the show is still hilarious to me.

5. Absolutely freaking loved every poster that’s dropped for the movie and the trailer is great too. Yoo Ah-in and his giant gold chain can do now wrong. And that Chicago Typewriter reunion! AAAHHHHHHHH!!!

6. Kinda sad that Lee Seung-gi has to be a landlord of all things. You can spice it up all you want by tacking in “oh, he’s also a lawyer”, but at the end of a day, he’s a landlord.

2. A pairing I never would’ve thought to put together but I’m into. I still haven’t watched The Light in Your Eyes!

I gotta share the hilarious picture of Yoo Ah In someone painted at the workshop. I think it is on my phone though and my phone is missing.
we painted "wanted" posters by description and I described YAI as looking like a pin needle with big ears and a rough haircut. LOL wait till I post it, it is so accurate! the had some fantastic portraits, like Tzuyu, Suga, Jimin with his "So what..." expression and some failed attempts at Hwasa
