I got requests for more Lee Min-ki content from both @egads and @bogoshipda so I guess I have to do it
Today I almost cried when I saw that OCN made all of the BTS clips for The Lies Within unavailable in the US. These are some of my favorite LMK clips. He’s always lovely and charming in behind-the-scenes footage, but there was something about him on this set–he seemed so at ease, so comfortable. I don’t know if it’s because of his longstanding work relationship with the director (she also directed his first-ever lead drama role in 2005), but it was so wonderful to see. Guess I’ll have to get a VPN to watch them now.
Whether he was running in the late summer heat, being freaked out by Lee Yoo-young playing with a beetle, being taunted with food he couldn’t eat, being flattered on his acting skills by a veteran actor, or injuring himself while fake-punching someone else, he always had a smile on his face.
I love seeing him show off his versatility, but I really want him to do a drama where he just plays his quiet, quirky, easy-to-laugh self.

Isn’t it becos he gets to act action scenes and the sets were outdoor most of the time? He seems more easy going and relaxed here…
