A bit OOT cos i’m on a drama slump (again), i decided to watch “Wonder” which has sensitive topics therefore i’ve been avoiding it for years, until now.
I just want to have a good cry and left. I can’t express myself well so for me to have days when i can cry easily is essential(?)
And in just 12 minutes, i already cried so much.
I’m screwed.
I’m not fine but I hope i don’t drown in sadness for long.
Thank you! I actually haven’t finished recent dramas like Through the Darkness and Snowdrop. I also have to watch 2521 and Business Proposal from the beginning to get my beans since i watched both dramas from the middle(?)😂
I cheated cos everyone was talking about both dramas at that time, i got curious, but i was impatient so i watched from ep 7 and 10 respectively

Sounds like you have enough dramas to watch is it more about not being interested in the ones on your list rather than you can’t find anything to watch?

That’s for Beyond Evil and Through the Darkness. There was time TTD didn’t air for 3 weeks and that’s how i missed the timing.
For Beyond Evil, i binge watched the drama when i got sick for days. Then i couldn’t find time to continue.
For Snowdrop, i’m at the point that i hate watch it. But i’ll try to watch last 3 episodes this weekend to earn my bean.
For 2521 and ABP, it’s complicated… both dramas are nice but i don’t have any motivation to start watching again
As we are 6 months into the year is it worth you cutting your losses and starting from scratch with the new dramas and earn your beans that way and accept that this year your bean count is lower than you would like. We have to focus on self care these days more than ever so if something is not working for you at the moment it sounds like you would benefit from being kind to yourself and having some space. Do you watch dramas for fun or is it part of your job?

Actually there is no new dramas i interested in. I’m planning to watch first 2 episodes of Lee Jongsuk’s new drama to support him.
Oh i’m also planning to try watching Jung Somin’s new drama. The hong sisters’ drama that i don’t remember what the title is… that will be my first hong sister drama

I only joined Dramabeans a month ago so I am learning the system too. You don’t seem able to respond with a message to a reply if it was a response to a reply so you have to go to the original message in the chain and reply there then it will get put into the chain. It took a while for me to work that out.
My bean count will be low as there are a lot of thriller or ghost dramas that I don’t watch and a couple that have been a bit disappointing so I will watch when they finish airing so I can binge and go.

I follow the cloud appreciation society on Instagram and I am constantly looking for beautiful skies in nature shots. My dream is to have the ability to blink to capture the gorgeous sky scenes that only appear when I am driving and have no way of taking a photo.
It’s a shame but the cloud appreciation photos are usually taken by amateurs who don’t have the high quality equipment to capture the clouds in all their glory.
It’s also one of my dream to be able to capture pretty sky with my own hands… but unfortunately i’m an amateur myself so i often disappointed with the results🥲
Few months ago i put a sunset photo i took myself on my fanwall. Not sure if it can be considered good, but that’s the best i can do
I hope that you can achieve your goal soon and get that amazing shot. I am often disappointed that the phone camera can not replicate the colours so pinks come out as a random orange colour.

On my phone camera, i can change the colours to replicate the original. But for me phone cameras can’t capture realness(?) compare to what we see… if that makes sense

Yes my phone is a Samsung. There’s a “pro” feature where you can set your phone camera manually. Quite helpful
