I’ve been thinking about making my own liberation note inspired from Mijeong’s for days. Not exact same, i want to know more about myself. I want to know what makes me so unhappy with myself.
Problems are i don’t know how to start and i don’t know myself that well. I’m bad with words too. I think i’m pretty serious and, maybe at the same time, pretty silly.

I hope you can find something or someone to help you on your quest. I know that some people use a coach or therapist who can provide them with a unique plan. Other people use assessments, books and podcasts for more general information and then develop their own plans. A lot of people have found James Clear’s book Atomic habits helpful for guiding them to make small changes to make their goals achievable.

I didn’t watch the drama so not sure if she had key areas of life she wanted to change but most people go through a time of reflection in their life. This is usually at key points like a job promotion, certain age points when people feel they are entering a new phase and maybe feel less confident because it’s unknown.

Some people find it easier to put things into words and others express themselves through creative means like music, dance or art.

I look forward to hearing what you decided to do to design your own liberation note. Good luck on your mission.

Thank you for suggestions and support, Reply! I think i’ve reached the stage where i have so many questions to myself and i do want to have lots of discussions with myself(?) if that sounds plausible.
I intend to share my note here with beanies one day. Even if it only contains few words. I hope i won’t take that long.

Yes it’s about getting the timing right between processing and sharing just enough to be a help to others but not too much so you feel exposed and vulnerable. Loads of people find journaling really helpful for reflecting on their life.☺️ No pressure, share only what you feel comfortable with and when you feel ready.

I don’t mind being vulnerable but i agree about sharing just enough to be a help to others and maybe also myself.
I do journaling too once in a while but i can’t seem to find a comfortable way to do it yet. Journalling is still hard for me. I guess i need a little push.
          I’ll try my best💪

Maybe you could start from here? You know that you don’t know yourself, so what are the things you want to learn about you?
You could write about those things in your diary and think of ways to find the answer.

Good luck with your journey, I hope it helps you ^^

      Thank you, tabong!
I occasionally write in my diary but they are mostly very random and abstract while i want my note to be arranged, at least😂
I also occasionally share my thoughts here on my fanwall. Mostly when i participated on Love, February.
Maybe i can start from reading back what i wrote in my diary and here. I hope one day i can share the result here with beanies🤞

Oh, I feel you. I have like three different notebooks where I failed to have any kind of structure and order. It’s sad. LOL

I hope it goes well! I’m here for anything you want to share ^^
