I didn’t know that. I was offended on behalf of Danish Butter Cookies, but maybe being flattered was a more appropriate reaction.
(Though of course, if you want to know how a cookie really tastes, you need to make them yourself- I did make vanillekranse already, but I also ate them already, or I would have sent a picture). On the other hand, I do have this wonderful picture of what was supposed to be Danish “Brown Cookies”, also a Christmas sort of cookie, that I baked, not this year, but still forever memorable.
