Lee Seol made her acting debut in 2018 with appearances in several films and the KBS2 drama special After the Rain, which earned her an Excellence Award at the KBS Drama Awards. In late 2018, she became part of the MBC crime thriller Bad Detective, which won her Best New Actress at the MBC Drama Awards. She was also nominated for Best New Actress at the 55th Baeksang Arts Awards for her performance in the drama. In 2019, she landed a main role in the MBC series When the Devil Calls Your Name. In 2020, she starred in KakaoTV’s fantasy drama Amanza, opposite Ji-soo. In 2021, she was cast in Coupang Play’s crime drama One Ordinary Day.
