SAME! And when I get sent to paypal, its not even showing up anywhere to let me pay. I sent an email yesterday saying that I was having problems but so far no response.
@isthatacorner@ladyjaye First, thank you for supporting us (or making a valiant attempt lol!). Don't think you're being ignored if it takes us a little time to reply — we hear you!
Right now we're only using PayPal to clear payments, but we are looking into other options, too, and you'll see updates here if we can make that happen!
As to getting the actual payment itself to go through, I just tested it and after putting in my info it pulled up my PayPal account and payment options. Did this not happen for you? Please tag me and reply if you need help <3
It does pull up my PayPal account. However
1. I don't want to use my PayPal; I'd rather use my account.
2. I am currently not in the country My PayPal was set up in, and it's extra unnecessary hoops to send a PayPal payment that way.
@kfan13 Thanks for tagging me :) So, the answer is that we are working on a "choose your own" donation amount, but while it's still in the works, the workaround is to repeat the annual donation option. This is *such* a generous sentiment and question, so thank you so much! We hope to have all these kinks ironed out soon :)
@missvictrix Looking forward to having that option on the site too!
Also, suggestion-it would be great to have JB and GF do a guest recap or another posting on the site to give the website another jolt of old and new readers come together..:-)
Usually when I purchase via paypal, I just click on the paypal link and all my info is already filled in.
Plus, My log in for dramabeans has a different email than login email for my paypal account.
So...what next? Mail you a check?
@drisris Hey there! Sorry for the delay in responding -- we wanted to make sure to get you the most up-to-date info. The tech team is still working out the kinks with the PayPal linkup, and I know they are specifically looking into the issue with different email/accounts. I wish I had a solid answer for you, but while we get our act together, thanks for being awesome. It's so nice when people care enough about supporting the site to comment here and let us know about these issues. We'll be sending out an update ASAP :)
I really appreciate your insights and commentaries on the shows I enjoy. Often, I read the entire episode recap right after watching because you can explain things that didn't make sense because of less-than-accurate subtitles or cultural specifics that I don't understand. Keep up the great work! (PS: I was looking for recaps for Padam Padam, but only found one for episode 1 and the half-time report. If you ever feel like watching the show again and providing insights, I would be so grateful.)

This is ridiculously frustrating. Why is there only the PayPal option and nothing else?
