I haven’t watched the final episode of Attn Shin but the ratings makes me thrilled.
It was a fun ride and looks like the ending is satisfactory!

The ratings for "The Real has come" are really mediocre for a weekender.

A little over a year ago Young lady and Gentleman was pushing numbers close to 40%, even though it was terrible.

We can definately expect a detour into Makjang crazy town if those ratings dont pick up.

The real has come had some things to overcome as korean netizens talked bad about AJH past and acting even before airing. They also talked about BJH visual and acting.... But looks from last episodes there started to come positive comments that it is a fun drama, and they even liking the lead couple giving them nicknames. So I belive the ratings gonna grow as more people check out rerun, beside it is in top 10 most watched drama on streaming platforms.

So happy Divorce attorney Shin got the best ratings for the last episode as they fluctuated throughout. Taxi driver 2 has amazing ratings I wonder if they will make 20 for the final episodes?

DIVORCE ATTORNEY CHIN deserved the love.

THE REAL HAS COME is not doing as well as I would have thought.

The latest ratings for MBC’s JOSEON ATTORNEY are certainly disappointing. The sageuk does not seem to be resonating with the SK public (as much as with beanies) which is unfortunate. Woo Do-hwan and Bona et al are giving fine performances. Overall I think it is a terrific production.
In the past, ratings like this might have led to an episode cut. I hope not. After a cursory search I can’t find out if JA is pre produced or not.
On the other hand we are in an era of lower ratings so maybe it doesn’t matter.

Yes quite a few of the dramas I watched had low ratings like Unlock the boss, Forbidden marriage and Sh**ting stars so I just assumed this is normal for these low key dramas and only a few like Alchemy and Taxi driver get to experience the higher numbers.

We are in the times of overall lower ratings for a number of reasons but (thanks for the opportunity to rant lol) it stillo bugs me that three of my favorite dramas in the past experienced episode cuts. All are available on Viki US:
KBS’s A BEAUTIFUL MIND (2016) (2 eps cut), SBS’s YOUR HONOR (2018) (4 eps cut) and SBS’s THIRTY BUT SEVENTEEN (4 eps cut). The cut to YH really had a negative impact to the story. The cut to 30B17 not so much.

I didn’t know that about Thirty but seventeen that’s a real shame. They did it with One dollar lawyer too it was not due to ratings but it messed up the flow of the story.

And I really loved One Dollar Lawyer even with the messed up flow.

A Piece of Your Mind was cut too 😭

It's the one that really made me angry :p

I'm not disappointed with the viewers, but with MBC. I don't get how, when, or why they think this show is a strong enough contender for this time slot.
JA is not at the level of Chuno, Princess' Man, or even Red Sleeve. Not only that, but there are 2 other sageuks to compete with weekly. This genre is best when it comes one at a time.
I love Woo Do-hwan, but he is still a new leading man and is expected to do most of the heavy lifting.

All good points. The actors have no say on when a network airs a drama.

I don't think MBC has any other drama slot now. I think they've given up airing primetime dramas Monday-Thursday.

Right. Their dramas suck. And they never have a rating surpassing 10% ever since the 1960s.

Divorce Attorney Shin is a nice drama with quirks and hearts. Love its band of found family and one drama that can totally be turned into a seasonal series. It’s like my weekly recharger.

Well, poor MBC, never have a ratings surpassed the 10% mark. Just shut down guys. You are already garbage providing garbage dramas. I told yah, Joseon Attorney will never hit 5%. Hahaha.
