Reasons to watch: Nam Ji-hyun is back as an older sis again, this time as a factory worker who has to protect her sister — Jung Da-bin — from sinister cookies at her high school. Yes. Alongside Choi Hyun-wook, the two high schoolers have to deal with the lure of cookies promising to fulfill their deepest desires… along with the mysterious admissions consultant Kim Mu-yeol. The drama marks the first production of LG’s new streaming service U+ Mobile TV, so it’s a bit of a wild card as to what we are getting here with both production level, and (global) streaming accessibility. Also, looks like drama will drop the first four episodes over the course of the week, and then once weekly on Thursdays.

TL;DR: We can’t even eat cookies anymore.

Mindy and Yoo Seung-ho fans, Wavve’s THE DEAL/THE PERFECT DEAL (8 eps) is now on Viki US’s “Coming Soon” list. Available in 10 days.
Viki has licensed a number of Wavve dramas in the past (for example BAD PROSECUTOR, TRACER and WEAK HERO CLASS I) so had a feeling THE DEAL would be picked up there.

When I first read about this, I wondered if even Kdrama land could pull this off. But it’s on Netflix. I think it may have been delayed.

I keep hearing about the chicken nugget drama which I am going to be watching at least the first episode as it sounds too ridiculous to make the transition from webtoon to live action drama.
