I know this is a very unpopular opinion, but I didn’t like Move to Heaven. Well, probably don’t like it’s too much, it’s just that I didn’t love it or felt there was anything special about it. To me, this drama felt like the Korean version of Highway to Heaven (late 80’s TV show starring Michael Landon).
Drama was nice, for sure, but felt like something I had already watched. I wished it had stayed with the stories of the dead people and spent less time on the “bad guy with a heart of gold because I am traumatized but I can overcome it with love”. I’m really sorry to say this, but LJH acting was just correct, as looking dirty doesn’t count to me as acting. Yes, I think I’m still traumatized by Fox bride star…
I never watched Vagabond but I heard some horrible things about it.
As for FBS I actually dropped at episode 15.
Then I realised it was episode 15 and mainly FF episode 16 to the end because of security couple.
I couldn’t pass episode 3 of Signal, and barely finished Taxi Driver’s second episode.
I may have seen him in another drama (cameo in Start Up) but I don’t remember him.
Overact is accurate to define him, imo.
Oh, I actually agree with you both of this actor. I just haven’t found anything special about him yet. And yes, I don’t like his storyline that much. I felt it was a little bit out of place.
Highway to Heaven 🤣🤣
For the record, I liked Move to Heaven – but then, one of the things I like about kdrama is that most of them are emotionally manipulative, I use them for catharsis the same way characters eat spicy food on a hard day, he!
But, yeah, according to each Beanie’s sensibilities, sometimes it’s too much
phew, good to know it’s not just me who feels this way about LJH!! I’ve only watched him in Signal, which IMO, is one of the most overrated kdramas. I still don’t know how it makes into top10 lists…
But, but… (*flails) Why all the Lee Jehoon bashing? My little stan heart hurts.
LJH, honey, if you’re reading this comment thread, please know that some Beanies love you. Call me any time you need a pep talk!

Drama beanies loved but you didn’t.

I loved everything about Move to Heaven except him and his story line. FBS definitely impacts how I see him.

I’m relieved I’m not the only one who feels like this about LJH and FBS.

I “liked” the ending slightly more than the ending of Vaguebond.

Vaguebond was fun because there was so much to make fun of with lots of action. The ending… too cruel after so many hours of watching.

I loved Move to Heaven but didn’t like him and his storyline either. I didn’t watch FSB but ever since Signal, I’ve thought LJH overacts.

I dropped Taxi Driver after a few episodes. He got a lot of attention for the role, but I thought that he majorly chewed the scenery.
He’s won some awards for MTH, and while I’m all for MTH winning awards, I don’t understand why it’s him and not Tang Joon-sang.

I don’t remember much about Signal, but I agree that I wasn’t particularly impressed by his acting in MtH.
