I think i caught the viral fever from my mother and the frustrating part of it is that my symptoms aren’t severe enough to warrant bed rest but they are mild enough to be annoying.
Your immune system is probably battling it out and that’s why you don’t feel great. Resting is an assist to your immune system, be sure to get enough sleep and liquids.
