Hong Seung-hee made her acting debut with a supporting role in the 2018 KBS2 series Dance Sports Girls. In 2019, she had appearances in OCN’s Voice 3, KBS2’s Let Me Hear Your Song, and TV Chosun’s Leverage. In 2020, she landed her first film role in Pawn. In 2021, she became part of the main cast of the tvN series Navillera. That same year, she acted alongside Lee Je-hoon and Tang Joon-sang in the Netflix original series Move to Heaven, which won Best Drama Series at the 4th Asian Academy Creative Awards.
