Ah, i'm reading this and imagining the rest of the episodes and i have to say that we are going thru the stages of trying to acclimate ourselves to the idea that ho sang can die and the ending can still be good and meaningful and sweet. I mean i think of the lyrics of the song that catapulted linkin park to fame, their original "in the end" song lyrics were really irrational/filled with frustration saying that in the end it doesn't even matter how hard you try but in their remake album, the songs lyrics talked about how the journey is just as important as the end, and for me, thinking like this, i can understand the things that happen in certain dramas and real life, aah, my way of understanding this is weird but yeaaaa..thanks thank you so so mucho for all your summaries and translations and subbing and music recommendations, i love your taste in music too. so yeah, awesome blog and writing skills

I just watched this episode without subs and I gotta say, Cha Tae Hyun (Ho Sang) is an AMAZING actor!
And Kang Hye Jung (Ha Na) is as well!
Their facial expressions are priceless :)

I agree with tsunamiblues. I would not be happy if Ho Sang died... that would really, really suck.
I'll put it this way, if Ho Sang lives, this could be my favorite kdrama. If he dies then ... ugh.. I don't want to think about it :( please, please writers... don't kill him off...
Thanks for the recaps Javabeans!

Umm.... I really don't want Hana to end up with Eun Tak, I REALLY DON'T WANT HO SANG TO DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What is Hana and Ho Sang get married before he dies, and they get to share some brief moments of happiness together. Hana gets pregnant, they would have to do a several months later thing, and Hana goes into labor, and has a baby girl. One day they are all sitting together, Hana is resting on Ho Sang's shoulder as they watch the kid, and Ho Sang closes his eyes, telling Hana that he had finally found the flowers he had been searching for, and he never wakes up. I would be so much more happy with an ending like that.
Why is there no cure for Ho Sang, only four more episodes ,I feel like the red sea of tears are coming my way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
I know Eun Tak is a good guy, but still NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Thanks once again. The chinese subbing team seemed to have stopped the subbing of this drama for the last few episodes. I hope it's not because of the low ratings. I'm eagerly waiting for your synopsis of Bad Couple Ep 7 as well. Thanks for all your hard work and precious time.

I too watched on L.A. channel 18. I happened to catch this show while channel surfing and because it was subtitled I could watch it and got hooked. I found this great blog which helped me catch up since I came in weeks late, because I'm not Korean and also because channel 18 cuts up the episodes! They showed two episodes in a block of a little over an hour and a half each week. So they cut out a lot. For example, they cut out Tae Joo at the two year meeting of the three - I didn't even know he met up with Hye Rin and Jyun Hyuk. They cut out the scene of TJ and ES at the elevator (both crying). So coming here I can fill in what I missed and learn some Korean culture too. So thank you so much! I really loved this show and it's Eun Soo that drew me into this drama - I thought she was great. And I rooted for TJ and ES all throughout and thought the ending was quite nice. All that angst and they can finally both smile. :)
