Hey beaners...it's late in the day. Missed OT today. In a bit of a drama funk anyway. Maybe because it's "specials" season or something, I haven't been able to really get into much that's airing right now.
Of course, there's School 2013, which I love but it's almost over (sad face). Then there's FBND, which is adorable and silly but the ep. are short and there are only 2 a week (this is cute enough to warrant either 1h10m ep. or 4x45m each week...imo).
Still finishing up Warrior Baek Dong Soo. Honestly, I'm not enamored with the lead, but the rest of the cast is so strong, it doesn't matter (not that he's weak...just the character, as written, is meh). I honestly started watching it for Choi Min Soo anyway, so everything else has been gravy. Am at ep. 24 right now, but got slowed down by real life. Hoping that Sirius gets subbed soon since I really enjoyed the first ep. even without subs.
And that's that. Excited for Iris 2 to start (please, please, please don't stink....or get mired...or be boring....please)
I'm at ep. 26 and stalled. Now that Choi Min Soo is dead....
It's just not the same. I'll probably skip ahead and watch the last episode. Since it's basically straight sageuk, I doubt I'll miss much (we know how the story ends historically).
Hello folks, sry been missing for a while. Back at work and now the world revolves around that and fatigue. keke. not watching any drama but am really REALLY keen to start on School 2013. Especially since it is coming to an end now. The other show I'm keen on is Flower Boy Next Door? The recaps... so cute!
The other day, I watched the last episode of I Miss You, just... outta curiosity and to see some lovely faces yunno, cos I really don't take to melos. I would say that the two leads look good together. And I love happy endings! While I understand how pple are upset with the ending for the 2nd lead, I personally think it's not so bad. At least he seemed somewhat happy in his own world. Which is more than what I can say happened to his mother.
Whoo, happy Friday... Well it's almost Saturday here now. Let's see here....
Watching School, FBND, watched Alice up to ep 8 but stopped like a while back and I don't think I'm going to continue watching it, even though Geun Young is my first Lady-love. I'm definitely going to start on level 7 after School ends.... I'm going to need at least a week or two to recover since I usually suffer from drama-withdrawl-syndrome. (Sigh) I don't usually suffer from dws, but with Chuno, Gakistal, SUFBB, and Dream High I did.
On a different note, I went to go watch MAMA the other day... And it's was not scary at all. I mean some parts got me jumping and all freaked out but afterwards, I rate it a 3.5/5. This movie gets you thinking.. But it's all in your mind and how you control the weird things happening in there. I love horror movies, way much more than dramas but I can't seem to find any that scare me these days.
I'm not into American horror or korean horror (to me they just make no sense). Chinese and Japanese are okay... It depends. I can tell if I'm going to like it within the first 30 minutes. But I love Thai horror movies. Well is is getting rather long and lengthy. But someone recommend me a scary horror movie. Something very scary. I usually watch horror movies by myself on my laptop with my headphones on, so you already know it takes a lot to scare the pants off me.
Is it late already? It's sunday morning over here.... caught in trouble called 'timing'... Why can't things that happened be cancelled? That kind of Operation Proposal with the Renovatio things. I'm such an off-topic~
I wonder... what should I watch these days beside K drama? I feel like drama these day just not original and the plot is to bland... I just need new things, the kind that fresh and fun. I feel dark lately.... I hate drama that remake, based on movie, manhwa, books etc. It is just so boring. We know the storyline already....what's worth watching?
I have just completed a marathon of the taiwanese drama Fated to be yours. it has some of the run of the mill drama ploys, but is is a really sweet, funny, corny and roamantic fun drama, I intend to buy a copy for my library.
I would recomend it to anyone..give it a try, it is not too long only 24 episodes.
