Ever since a beanie called Yoo-na's smile, a customer service smile, that is literally all I see, lol.

I am so excited for See you in my 19th life, I almost don't care what it is about. I just miss my girl on screen.

Also can't wait for Shin Hye-sun to be back on my screen!

Why does Junho look so...suspicious in that poster 😂. Anyway, his chaebol uniform (right down to the collar pin) sure looks good 😍.

I almost didn't recognize Shin Hye-sun in some of those stills. I read the webtoon over the weekend so I'm even more excited for the drama now.

The over-done make up is ridiculous. I think Junho is much better looking when he looks rough around the edges like in “Just Between Lovers”. I even liked his poodle perm (ok, I lie but didn’t bother me).

He was a cutie in Just Between Lovers. I didn't mind the hairstyle XD
I agree he was much better looking in that drama.

Save for the 2nd picture, I didn't recognize Shin Hye-sun at all.
I'm delightfully counting down to June.

King The Land poster is really giving Hallmark holiday movie poster vibes.

And the tagline is equally Hallmark-y: "The magic of love that will save you".

LMAOOO I had the exact same thought! I posted my comment before seeing this, but glad that I'm not the only one seeing this.

It does actually remind me of another year end korean movie called “A Year End Medley”.

Yes, I remember really enjoying the feel of that drama and it reminded me of the film New Year’s Eve.

I actually think that Kdramas are a lot like Hallmark movies, only with much better production values and writing, in that they cater to a similar demographic.

I agree the romance, slice of life focused dramas especially have a Hallmark feel but Hallmark is consistently pure in it’s genre selection so there would never be a random stalker/murder element in a light and fluffy romance.

K dramas do the depth of connection and love in family/friendship relationships at a level that Hallmark can only dream about and the OST is next level in most K dramas.

The colors, the makeup and styling, the pose with sparkly lights in the background - it also looks like deliberate parallel to the Señorita promo photo for MBC.

"Seolhyun (Summer Strike) is reviewing an offer for the supernatural series Lighting Store, potentially joining Joo Ji-hoon (Jirisan) in the middle world between the mortal and spirit realms."

When Liminal Space dramas are done well they're like one of my biggest catnips, because I love Liminal Spaces, especially between the physical and supernatural. But. There are a lot of misses. A lot... of misses. Headlined by one already mentioned in this comment. *ahem*
And I find this potential casting pair up weird so uh...

1. It's giving Hallmark Christmas movie and I don't like it.

2. This could be fun... if L improves his acting skills.

3. Sorry, but I cannot for the life of me imagine this pair-up. Maybe I'm not imaginative enough, or maybe I just don't care for Seolhyun that much. Either way, I'm conflicted.

4. While the writer makes me skeptical, I love a good youth drama starring an ensemble of up-and-comers. Hopefully, this is decent.

5. Oohhhh, if ENA somehow manages to capitalize on Im Ji-yeon's post-The Glory fame, they might get their hands on the juicy, juicy ratings that has eluded them since the end of Extraordinary Attorney Woo.

6. I am so excited to FINALLY have Shin Hye-sun back onscreen. She's been sorely missed. I don't even care what the drama is about, I would watch her boil water for twenty hours straight because I know she'll somehow turn it into an Oscar-worthy performance.

2 - poster surely matches title and premise *shudders in math-phobia*
3 - this is NOT a good match at all, for both parties. How about nope?
5 - I love the creepy angle. Gimme trailer!
6 - not sure I like this haircolor on SHS, but her character is supposed to be pretty young, right? Then it does the trick.

It's also her hair color in the webcomic

I see. Tbh, it's kinda hard to find a modern setting manhwa where FL doesn't have reddish hair... I've always wondered why it's like that.

1) The poster is kinda too much old school, especially the writing.
2) I'm excited for L's come back.
3) It's not a romance and Seolhyun is not awkward with older actors.
4) I like the casting of young actors. Kim Jae-won was really good in Our Blues and Like Otters.
5) Not for me.
6) I'm really intrigued by the story.

I can't get over Yoona and Jun Ho looking like siblings to me.
It's a nice picture but I swear they look so similar.

I don’t think they look similar but I do agree they bleed siblings energy. That’s why I’m surprised people hyped the Senorita performance so much. Well yeah they are professional during the dance. But when you see the dance practice and the behind the scene they look like 2 people growing up together, which is probably true considering the years 2PM and SNSD meet each other.

I’m still telling myself it’s probably gonna be good. I miss Junho so much I’ll just make a good use of the fast forward button if the story or the romance sucks🥲

I haven’t seen Ahn Bo-hyun in anything but Shin Hye-sun looks so promising in this kind of role.

A lot of people aren't convinced that he is a good fit for this character, but I'm willing to give him a shot. I loved him in My Name, even though I found him super annoying in Her Private Life.

He was chillingly convincing as a bad guy in Itaewon Class and rather cute in Yumi's Cells. Everywhere else I've found him just so-so. And yes, in HPL his character was annoying as hell, but that's mostly on writer.

Yeah, I can't hold it against him because I usually hate second male leads in general.

Noooo. I love Ju Ji-hoon but I realized long ago that I can't get into fantasy/spirit world dramas. So I don't know that I'll be able to watch Lightning Store 🥲

Numbers might have murder in it, but I still feel compelled to check it out. At least the first episode. And Lies Hidden in My Garden is one I'm excited for, so yay.
