Kang Min-ah debuted as an actress in the 2009 film To the Sea. In 2012, she landed her first television acting role in KBS2’s TV Novel: Love, My Love. In 2013, she played the teenage counterpart of Kim Tae-hee’s titular character in the SBS sageuk Jang Ok-jung, Live by Love. In 2014, she starred in JTBC’s Seonam Girls’ High Investigation Unit, which drew controversy over its girl-on-girl kiss scene. In 2019, she was cast as the female lead in the web drama Love as You Taste, which earned her a Best Actress nomination at that year’s Seoul Webfest. In 2020, she appeared in the popular tvN series True Beauty. In 2021, she acted alongside Park Ji-hoon and Bae In-hyuk in the KBS2 coming-of-age drama At a Distance, Spring Is Green.
