The webtoon for Marry My Husband is supposed to be good. Let’s see how the drama fares. That would be a new year present since it is apparently starting on 1st Jan.
I honestly think that the webcomic is bad and it mystifies me that it’s so popular. PMR webcomic is bland but inoffensive, whereas Marry My Husband is imo just trashy.
Well, to be fair the webcomic is REALLY popular. Imo it’s like Remarried Empress where people just want vicarious justice over an actual good storyline. I just posted on my fanwall about why I hate the comic, but I do admit there’s a bit of a personal reason.
That being said, whenever people discuss overrated webcomics in the Webtoon fandom, someone always says Marry My Husband.
This was one of those few times where almost all the beanies were having fun with the same show. It was nice to see the site be so active and bright. I had a lot of fun in the fan wall thanks to this drama. 😊
I am wistfully reminded of my second telenovela (out of two), and remember the sentences that I proudly understood and repeated in Brazilian Portuguese:
Old Nanny: [Maybe you should cut back on revenge, now that you are marrying the oldest son of that family that ruined your father, because after all, ]
“You do have feelings for Fernando”
FL: “I don’t “have feelings” for Fernando. Fernando is the man of my life!”

“Fera Radical” is translated to “WIldcat” but means more like “very much a Wildcat”.

I don’t know the webtoon, but it seems it’s very famous.

That was my REAL reaction. 🤣
I gasped to realise we have only one week then went to Google an apt gif and viola – makjang served.
The PMR wave came from nowhere and swept us ALL. That made us more fun. The finale looks promising so fingers crossed. 🤞
