Mo-yeong being all I know how to take care of a sick person I saw it on TV and then proceeds to nurse Kang-tae back to health. Like my girl has come so so far I’m so proud of her!!😭😭 she’s baby!

      lmao I’m so tempted to do the same!!! I’ve been growing out my hair but damn that hair cut made me want to chop off all that length! unfortunately I don’t have a PSH to cut my hair for me and if i tried by myself I would end up looking bald. This is the only thing stopping me from making bad quarantine decisions! 😅 😅

      That nurse looked incompetent from the beginning so I wasn’t surprised. He always looked like a ticking bomb.

It’s interesting how Kang-tae and Mo-yeong view love. For Mo-yeong who has always had to fight for her love, protecting him from her mother or fighting for affection from her one friend when she was young, love means to never let go. For Kang-tae who’s always out his brother before him, love means to be patient and let the person go.

I love that mo-yeong pointed out that Sang-tae does have slightly manipulative tendencies wheather he realizes it or not. He and Mo-yeong are very similar in the way they both think of Kang-tae as wholly theirs: an ownership or possession over his person.

With Sang-tae the possessiveness has almost been cultivated by Kang-tae’s submissive behaviour. He’s always lived his life for his brother, forever in debt to him for when he almkst let him drown as a child. And so Sang-tae believes Kang-tae owns him all his time, much like how children tend to take their parents for granted.

With Mo-yeong, the possessiveness is something she must earn. Kang-tae very early on tells her he’s not hers to possess. The implication at every point being that he’s always belonged to his brother, he will always put Sang-tae first over his own needs. And so Mo-yeong has to earn Kang-tae’s time. Every moment she spends with him is a moment he takes away from his brother for himself.

Going forward, Kang-tae someone has to learn to balance his relationship with both Sang-tae and Mo-yeong so as to not get caught in between them like the Mang-tae doll they fought over in the previous episode. If he doesn’t learn to put some healthy boundaries between the 2 important people in his life then he might as well get torn in half much like the doll itself. Something that happens in this ep.

The way kang-tae knows exactly what buttons to push to make mo-yeong mad and the fact that he loves teasing her, his eyes crinkling with amusement, his lips turning up in that affectionate smile. The way every little idiosyncratic behaviour mo-yeong displays is somehow lovely to him. Ah, my heart hurts with how much he loves her!

I’m going to pretend the last couple of minutes of today’s ep didn’t happen and just focus on the way kang-tae’s eyes shine with happiness at every little thing mo-yeong does. He’s so happy in love!

Well, they didn’t have sex but after all that panting and sweating with kang the pinning ko mo-yeong to the bed, I expected more than that mild peck on the lips. Just saying

    Apparently they are doing a great job at showing just the silver linings of each episode’s first 20/30 minutes. But never gives any glimpse of the second half of each episode.

      I appreciate that since I don’t like it when I cab predict what the next episode is going to be like. And this drama does an excellent job of being unpredictable. Even with the trip scene they took a roundabout route to do it but something that was still very much in character

      I just watched it this week and I’m in love! I loved everything about the movie from the cinematography to the plot! Tripti Dimri was a revelation as Bulbbul and Im in awe of the way she goes from sweet, innocent, naive bahu to the smug, fearless, vivacious lady of the Manor! So freaking good!!!
