Yoon Eun-hye recently appeared on her Coffee Prince co-star Gong Yoo‘s military-radio program as a guest star. Based on the conversation, it looks like we may be seeing more of the actress — who hasn’t acted since Coffee Prince, sticking mostly to CFs — soon, although she did not specify when she’d be back in front of cameras.
She said of her Christmas Eve broadcast, “Seeing Gong Yoo again after so long was a little awkward. It’s a new feeling to see his hair cut short, and his appearance slimmed down and darker.”
When Gong Yoo asked how she’s been, she answered, “I’ve been extremely busy. I’m looking for my next project, I’ve traveled, I’ve designed some clothes, and been featured in other people’s songs.” When talk turned to Coffee Prince, both stars felt that the series still holds up well over time; the drama had been rebroadcast on the weekends where he is, and Gong Yoo had thought, “Even watching it a year later, it was entertaining.”
About Christmas memories, Yoon said, “Actually, from the time I was 16 on, I only remember working.” Regarding her next project: “In due time, I will come to you with good news. … I’ll do a project that I want to do regardless of whether it will be criticized or the ratings low… for now I will choose the project I want to do. I think that’s the way to entertain the public as well. In the future, you’ll be seeing me even if you don’t want to. [Laughs.]”

after hearing she will do what she wants regardless of criticism & ratings, i like YEH more, i hope she will do a great drama in 2009. i loved Coffee Prince, there was something special about it, the entire cast, the OST.
I really love Coffee Prince too. Surprisingly, I never seem to get tired of it. As le mentioned above, there is something special about that drama, the cast, and OST. It’s like everything is a perfect match.

Coffee Prince is a drama that I never tire of. it is like a puzzle , but a really awesome one that you always want to start again… with a kick butt soundtrack. i always like it when actors decide what they want to do without a care for everyone else. it always leads to great acting… I hope to see her soon.

Yay, at last YEH will come to her root, acting. I’ve been waiting for this good news for like millions years. And like what YEH has been said, I don’t care if her next project would been critized or suffered low rating. The important thing is that YEH will show us her “natural” acting which she’s really good at.

I hope she comes out with a new drama because I miss her already. She may not be the best actress on Korean entertainment but when I watch her act I just get affected and she has that special gift that you just root for her characters on-screen. I also hope she would have a good leading man.

It’s too bad it wont be that rumoured gay roommate drama, I loved the sound of that one, if it ever gets made I’ll watch no matter who’s in it.

I truly hope there’ll be another series featuring the tandem of Eun Hye and Gong Yoo. If not a sequel to coffee prince, then any other story will do. They really have good chemistry, they act so well together.

I also like Coffee Prince but I prefer and was touched by Princess Hours more. I have been watching Korean Dramas before but became really interested with actors like YEH and JJH only after watching their movie. I adore Yoon Eun Hye and Gong Yoo too since I watched Coffee Prince. I agree that it will be a blast if they’ll team uo again. I am currently watching Take Care of the Young Lady and I am still satisfied with it. Hope this gets shown in the Philippines too.
