Once Upon a Small Town is the only drama that comes to my mind that matches the description. The protagonist did have an incident in his childhood, but this lovely small town heals him without dwelling on darkness. Racket Boys was a cute drama. There were some more heavy moments but it wasn’t dark at all.

Gaus Electronics is a comedy, but if you can somehow get through Ep 1, it will be worth your time.
