#2021Roundup D-Day. I made it!

👨🏻‍🎨 The ML I will never forget — My initial answers were either On The Verge of Insanity’s walking migraine Han Se-gwon, or Vincenzo’s Jang Hanseo, but now I’d give this to Our Beloved Summer’s Choi Woong. It’s been a while since I watched a drama character and thought, Oh no, it’s me.

🧥 Drama with the best wardrobe — Uh, Reflection of You? Long live, le green coat!

🍎 The drama that will always live in my memory (besides Hosplay, lol) — There is one area in my life where I struggle with forgiveness, so I appreciate that the themes in Reflection of You gave me a lot to think about even after the show has ended.

🎧 The OST I am obsessed with — Running in the Sky (Hosplay 2), the Law School intro X, and recently, Why from Our Beloved Summer!

👬 The OTP I didn’t think I would adore — Siwan and Lee Dong-wook from Strangers from Hell hahaha.

☺️ The drama Beanies convinced me to watch and I can’t be grateful enough — On the Verge of Insanity! Shoutout to Kat and Pickle *fingerhearts*

⚾️ The oldie I loved the most — Answer Me 1994. Funny how I had such a lukewarm reaction to this show last year…

🥈Secondary charactersss that stole my hearteu — Vincenzo’s Jang Hanseo, and Santa AND Oh Gyeong-su from Inspector Koo!

🏸 Drama that Beanies loved but I didn’t — Racket Boys. Nothing’s wrong with the show, but it just did not click with me I guess and I forgot about it.

👀 Most memorable scene — There are several, but the first thing that keeps coming up in my head is the look in Junwan’s eyes in the last few minutes of HP 2 Episode 4, when Ikjun learns of his friend’s relationship. It was a teeny tiny moment but that look tugged my heart so much and elevated my appreciation for Jung Kyungho.

🍯 Best non human character — The jar of honey in Run On

🐻 Best cameo — Jang Hye-jin as Chu Minha’s mom! Everyone in Hosplay is so well-cast, especially the moms.

🤝 Best bromance / womance / friendship — Law School’s SolHwi 🤧 *clears throat* Uh I also wish we had more Mijoo x Danah moments in Run On.

😘 My 2021 crush(es) — Siwan? Mystic Ahjussi? Park Eun-binnie? The Go Hyun-jung??

🔋(Freestyle) My Christmas gift for Our Beloved Summer: A battery grip. Or me as a second intern so I can carry another set of batteries.
