Reasons to watch: Another day, another drama with a second season! While this is becoming a too-frequent occurrence in dramaland, it’s no lie that there are some characters we are more than happy to welcome back — and that includes our tracksuited demon hunters. Back after the success of The Uncanny Counter, our crew of Jo Byung-kyu, Kim Se-jung, Yoo Joon-sang, and Yeom Hye-ran are back, along with dopey new recruit Yoo In-soo. With new baddies (Kim Hieora, Kang Ki-younggggggg!), heightened stakes, and heightened skills, I think we can rest assured the drama: a) knows what it did well and b) knows how to do it again.
TL;DR: The counters are back and badder than ever with a new recruit and new villains

I stayed up late last night to finish Season 1 so I can be ready. Curly-haired superheroes, unite! And Kang Ki-young's bad guy looks so hideous it will be easy to root against him. 🤣
I wonder how they'll style and age Jo Byung-kyu and Kim Se-jung. I didn't realize that despite the way they played it last time, he's actually a little older than she is. This could be his last drama before military service.

My only question: where are their cool suits they were fitted for last time? Decided track suits were comfier for fighting in?
