Gyeo-Ul is boring and now we’re getting storylines about her parents? Drama. WTF. WHERE IS UJU AND HIS GIRLFRIEND?

Sooo….Ikjuns story of how he was taking steps to protect his patient is being filtered through Winter Garden. Awesome. Thats just great. Hes now a prop in other peoples stories instead of being allowed to tell his own story. Ok. Awesome. Thats great. Hey! Maybe they can distill the breakup and his sisters illness as well!

Yes, I think the couple’s screen time has been too heavy-handed this season. The result is that I felt like the show lost its magic this ss. Still yet to watch ep5.

I thought it was just me!

I haven’t made it past ep 3 yet (have started it like 5 times and given up within 5 mins) and am only telling myself I will watch it at some stage, because I loved season 1 so much

Episode 4 was like 5 hours long. I don’t like where the stories are going, I don’t care about the romance lines, and maybe I fast forwarded more of season one than I thought I did? Maybe I’m just not as inclined to forgive this much filler material or to see these actors not being used to their best potential.

Season 1 had at its centre the friendship between a group of doctors (and a band reuniting!) with a bit of romance here and there, and I loved it
Season 2 is all in with the romance – and I don’t really like the pairings – and I’m finding it boring.

The thing which frustrates me most is their babyish voices for each other. He’s 40 for goodness’ sake!! x_x If they acted like adults, maybe I wouldn’t mind so much…

    More Uju for real.

Gyro-Ul is sooooo dull and together they are a snoozefest. Get a spine, get some confidence, girl! I also thought 5 felt like it was hours long.

She always seems so angry—she has resting bitch face which doesnt help—I get that shes working hard and focused on the important work shes doing and you cant expect her to be as comfortable or as confident as the profs but it does make it hard to see what Jeon Wun sees in her that made him fall for her to begin with. I swear I liked her last season. Something has chaaaaaanged

I agree, she had more spark in Season 1 when all the senior doctors could do was talk about how great she is. Now she looks like a forlorn child who doesn’t understand what’s going on a lot of the time. I’d prefer to think that love makes a woman stronger in her identity but … maybe not?

I was legit gonna send out a search party for Uju but he showed up at the last minute, with a soap PPL to boot 😆 i dont mind WG but i don’t understand why they focus so much on them, did the shippers send out a petition or something??

I need more of the patients and U-Ju. One of the main reasons why i love the show is that it shows patients who seem so real that you can see yourself in how they react

Its the friend group, for me. And seeing the different ways that these doctors love their patients, the patients families, their interns and residents. Its THEM. I love THEM. Ikjun is my favorite character. I love his kindness and his optimism and his sunny personaily and his willingness to do absolutely anything if it will make someone else laugh or cheer them up. I love him as Ujus dad. Whatever I love all of them.
Which is why its so easy to see why Gyeul and Minha —and ALL of Song Hwas dudes from last season—had crushes on them. They dont show as much why they would reciprocate these feels. But enough of that! Ive gone on at length already!
