Still no Sungrok in Master in the House this week and no sight of him in next week preview 🥲. Still bitter for the editing and tiny airtime in his last episode but lowkey relieved he’s currently on MitH break because MitH comment section is on fire 😯.

      Yes. Maybe the ep was filmed when he was quarantined. But MitH films every Monday, so I thought maybe he joined the filming last week~ That’s why I waited for next week preview 🤣

    Yeah the editing on that last episode was super weird and totally unnecessary IMO. People knew it was recorded before he quarantined, and you could still see him anyway!

Hi beans. Taking a break from my continuous SSR fanwall posts to report my latest purchase but unlike the various drama PPL stories shared on my wall before, this time it’s kpop related which is……*drumroll*

THE BTS MEAL!!!!

…which consists of 10 nuggets, fries, a drink and 2 sauces. From my observation, what makes the BTS meal a BTS Meal are the sauces and the packaging and 1 extra nugget (the non-BTS set has 9 nuggets 🤣). I read that the sauces were personally selected by BTS.

My review:
1. the regular Mcdonald’s sauce tastes way better compared to the 2 special sauces that came with the BTS set.
2. The packaging is nice. It’s light purple. And there’s ‘Borahae’ written in hangul on the cup and nugget box. I asked around and was informed that ‘Borahae’ is a BTSxArmy thing. So I assume BTS fans are happy to see it? Haha
3. The price is okay and not much different than the regular non-BTS set.

Now…to keep the BTS Meal paper bag or not to keep? Wondering if it’ll be a collectors item in the future and I can sell it for a hefty sum 💰🤭.

pps: I’m not a BTS fan. I just like to try new items as long as the price is reasonable 🤓.

    I dunno how to post a pic in comment but someone sent me a pic of the whole bts meal packaging (including the sauce cover) arranged in plastic case and another one had it framed.

When can I say Sunday is Sungrok day again? Will Sungrok return to Master in the House? I was sad his last MitH appearance was heavily edited and he had tiny airtime. I’m also sad he was not able to join last weeks team work special and this week rock special. Mostly…it’s sad that I’m starting to feel it’s okay if he doesn’t return 🥲😢.

On the other hand, he’s getting great reviews for his Dracula performance! Yayyyy! 🎉

    I would hate to see him go because I like him better than Eun Woo or Dong Hyun, but it does feel a bit like MitH works better with four members than five.

      Yes. And that’s the sad part. I feel like he didn’t really have adequate time to actually adjust to the show. He joined but not long after suddenly 2 members left, and they added another 2. He’s the in between member between old members and newer members. They could have just added 1 new member to make the team 4 members.

      I’ll be sad if he decides to leave. Especially if he leaves quietly after his last appearance a few weeks ago. I hope he returns. I want SSD aka ‘Sunday Sungrok day’ back 🥲.

        I agree, I don’t know why they added two more (well, presumably it was because they thought they would draw more audience). I hope he’ll come back but if they do decide to cut down to four members I feel like he’s the most at risk.

          I really hope he returns. It’s his only current airing TV show and he has no drama planned for 2021 so far 😢.

          But I’m also aware he has a small fanbase. In some sense, he’s probably the least known among all the members. If they do plan to reduce a member, please have a goodbye ep before that. I don’t want the last ep he appeared in a few weeks ago to be his last. He was basicly not there because of the editing.

            Yeah I noticed that too. Hopefully he’s back soon and it goes on as normal – was he in the previews for next week or would he still have been quarantined for Covid when they filmed that?

          @beffels he’s not in next week preview. I’m not sure when the ep was filmed. SSR is currently in Dracula, his first show was on 21st May.

        I thought of you when I saw the news! I’m surprised that Eun Woo is going too but also kind of not because he’s not been getting much screen time – I don’t feel like variety shows are his forte.

        I will miss SSR, hopefully he’ll have some good drama news soon.
