Beanie level: Eunuch in drag

The writer played us. These two deserved better. Eun Ji soo deserved better. #HeIsPsychometric

The most popular #Heispsychometric theory these days is that something bad is gonna happen to JiSoo especially after this fancam. I just hope it doesn’t come through.

Unacceptable. I will never forgive the writer if this happens. Is her father in that photo? Maybe it’s him, which is acceptable.

yeah am hoping it’s her dad too but in terms of being in danger, jisoo seems more likely. she’s the one who’s being targeted by both YSS and SMs dad. Anyway am hoping am wrong.

I can’t see them not giving Hyung a happy ending of some sort. His life has been a grind of tragedy, and while he’s not the lead here to heap more pain on him seems too much for the overall tone of the show. That’s my stance and I’m sticking with it.

There are a couple other police officer options for this funeral, but the only one that won’t make me mad is Ji-soo’s dad. I know he did what he did to save his daughter, but it was still wrong and the ramifications for those involved, especially the children, is horrific.

        1

yeah that’s what i’ve been telling myself too for a while but am also trying to prepare myself in case the writer goes huhu. I also think a sort of happy ending is needed for hyung and so far ji-soo being alive plays into that. Maybe she’s just going to get hurt a bit but still make it out alive while dad dies trying to protect her or something?? but dad dying will also mean a sort of bittersweet ending for Jisoo but yeah i do agree that he was and still is in the wrong.

Nooooo 😭😭😭😭 This had better not be for Jisoo 😭😭😭

Could it be a flashback about LA’s parents? Or a fake event to trick the murderer? *Trying to convince myself it has nothing to do with JS*

Maybe it is a fake funeral to throw the killer off.

I have been having this feeling. Please don’t tell me. Oh no. Noooo

FamiliarWife ep 2 was better than the first. It feels less like Go back couple now which helps. Jisung\’s character is still whiny and unlikeable. He changed his future n didnt even think of his kids.

Unfortunately, Familiar wife is like a poorer version of Go back spouses.

I agree, it is looking like the poor man’s version of “Go Back Couple”… I am also not warming up to the male lead. He is a huge whiner. It is like he expects his wife to work outside the house, but also do 90% of the housework and child-rearing, and not be burned-out. Then he’s upset because she no longer cooks for him and because she is always in a bad mood/stressed. I mean I wonder why! Lol. It seems like he can’t see further than his own nose… I am hoping that his character will grow and change. So far, I am not impressed but I think I will give this series up to ep 4 before I decide whether to drop it or not.

I’m not watching yet but from your descriptions this is exactly how the female lead was in GBS.

When did the female lead in Go Back Couple expect her husband to do 90% of the housework and child-rearing? I think you must be mixing up with another drama.

I was thinking of watching it. Thanks for your thoughts. I didn’t really care for Go Back Spouses.

Really? Hmm… ok i dont want to watch it anymore hahaha. I loved Go Back Couple.

Yes the first episode did seem like it was a poor GBC but i read the description again and it says that the male lead will return to the future more often. So I guess it is a mixture of GBC and the future aspect of Manhole where what you do in the past changes the future. I still have hope for it. However, I was disappointed because the first ep was just like GBC but it wasn’t as good at all. The past changes the future side still has me intrigued. Hopefully it gets better today.

But we are still in episode 3, so how come?😳😳😳

I was surprised that we got a confession so quickly! I’m interested where they plan to take this drama. I hope it’s just them living the rest of their days together. I think that he either has the same amount of time left as she does or she is somehow taking time from him and they will have even lives together or he will die so she can live longer. But I just want to know!

What’s going on in dramaland? First Lawless Lawyer, and now About Time are fast tracking relationships.

He’s someone who will get what he wants and he thinks that he will only like Mi Ka for only 3 months because he always likes certain thing for only 3 months. So yeah, no surprise in this confession.

today’s Miss Hammurabi’s episode got me thinking….. All we ask is that we should be able protect ourselves from any sexual offense regardless of the degree of it. We also ask that the law protect us. Don’t do to other women what you dont want others to do to ur wives, sisters, daughters and other female relations. All women around the world, FIGHTING!!!!!!!

I really loved today’s episode and the way it ended because it reminded us that even though we won one battle today, there’s still more to win. I HOPE YOU ENJOY IT!

Today’s episode was amazing. I felt so depressed in the middle but the whole thing was very smartly dealt with. So proud.

Indeed! it was really depressing at first and I really wanted to punch a few people. But it turned out really great and that ending scene really broke my heart. I was so happy when the drunk men singing showed up. I think it reminded me in some way that not all men are trash. Although, the men did not actively save her, they also were not trying to prey on her sexually despite being drunk.

      3
      2

Yes, definitely. I was crying and sick to my stomach, but I was proud of the people who understood and stepped up – and the end scene, when the men helped her, even unintentionally.

        2
        0

yes this is why I don’t like the “drunk” excuse because it’s not the drinking that’s the problem, the problem is that the predatory guys already had those thoughts in their heads and they hide behind alcohol to excuse their behaviours.

It’s like when people use racist slurs when they get angry. That doesn’t come out when you’re angry unless it was already there beforehand.

Can people just stop being disrespectful. She just broke up and all they can think of with their small minds is that she broke up because of a recent co-star. Give her some respect please.

Today\’s episode of GBC made me root for ban do and jin joo more than ever. I really like how they addressed how lack of communication made them grow apart. Now they can see each other\’s pain after talking things out.I loved how the show also showed ban do\’s parents also going through the whole lack of communication phase evn tho they have been married for 26 years. This show is hitting all the right notes for me. So please show, Ban do better not be dead! I need to see my couple and seojin happy together again.

I’m so glad they talked about it as well and how it paralleled with
Ban-Do’s parents. This show really knows how to work its magic, Ban-Do better be alive ’cause my heart can’t take anymore of this. Also, Jang Nara really knows how to cry her heart out.

Thanks for sharing! I had just been considering looking up a translation.

When she said this….I could feel my heart break. She probably knows its wrong for her to be so mean. its not his fault, she was the one who intruded in his space. But still she’s hurt and she feels the need to lash out. Yes, she wrong for doing so but what can she do? The embarrassment and pain boiling inside her won’t stop. When ji-ho did what she did, it felt painful, heartbreaking, wrong but also very human.

19
6

I could relate to her on the anger. She just came out from a 3-year one-sided love pinning for someone who say nice things to her and build up her hope but didn’t mean it. So when she misunderstood Se Hee, the pain feels even worse. I mean, she’s probably blaming herself for falling for the same ‘trick’ again. Poor Ji Ho! I feel like I wanna hug her.

    12
    1

Ah, I just responded to someone else’s with nearly the same words that you did. What she was feeling was so raw and human. Like you said, you know that it’s wrong but it’s also so relatable.

    6

I was feeling sympathy for her till she snatched away the food like that. It’s beyond evil to punish someone whose faults were being straightforward and kind.

    5
    2

True, I can’t disagree with you. It was wrong. I just want them to make up like tomorrow. My heart can’t bare any animosity between the two of them.

      3

I wish I could hug Se Hee too when he didn’t get the food. It’s painful seeing him hurt underneath that robotic exterior. However, I couldn’t see Ji Ho as evil here. She has her reasons. She was under the assumption that when they’re living together it means they are sharing things, after all, they seem to have the same wavelength, and had understand each other well. She thought she could understand him. She thought they’re partners. It’s embarassing when she was wrong. So she probably decided not to share anything anymore as per his instruction – and not sharing the food was probably her retaliation and self-realization to draw the line. It’s a way of guarding her heart from being ‘wrongfully shared’ as well. Or perhaps she’s thinking that she should no longer do things that would hurt herself.
