I thought this was so funny, I had to say it: “Look! Pickybacking, kiss, close hug! This must be the 8th episode!” … while really this happens within the first 15 minutes.
*** Ve-e-ry funny. But soon, it seemed more like a clue than a trope anomaly; something about this story is being told backwards, and it has to do with the family’s premonitions, vivid memories, and … well, what ever we will learn about along the way.

Midnight Speller ghost turned my “bowl of Japanese ramen” into a “bowl of Japanese women” and I am forever confused about the cannibalistic repercussions of it.

And, since I am watching bird cam a lot, I imagined a not very flattering picture of them stretching their necks and shouting all they could, like the little birds do all the time. 😅

I was having a similar image (except for the shouting bit lol)… wondering how to slurp a woman-noodle (a woodle?) and also thinking that they indeed need long necks and long limbs everywhere for enhanced noodle quality.
Also which ramen broth works best with woodles?

(Though I want them to be happy and married, but for interesting reasons!)
I feel tempted to mention the FL is Psychopath Diary who literally runs over the ML and then pretends to him that nothing happened for the rest of the drama… hence costing us 15 episodes before he finally remembers the crime he witnessed and the murderer’s face.
But that’s a different kind of morally grey, admittedly!
@ceciliedk my innocent interpretation was that they don’t end up together in Psychopath diary as a couple. They are seen doing stuff together but it feels more like friendship among weirdos (awesome weirdos but weirdos nonetheless).
While I suspect our broken superhero and morally very dark grey fake masseuse will end up together.
TBH, it’s the sexiest thing I’ve seen in a K-drama for a long time. Not because of the soju, but the unsaid:
“Oh, you’re gonna be like that?” (Not like in “mean” but like in “gobbling down a lot of alcohol, just because”)
“Yes.”

He is so sad that she is gone, but this flashback honestly doesn’t seem so super happy? And especially, that look in the back mirror is ice cold. What’s going on?

If your daughter is like this, and you can’t get her out for a walk, or to a therapist, at least go sit with her in her room a bit. Play that ridiculous game she is playing a bit. Or read Winnie the Pooh or Anna Karenina with her … just be there.
