    This is finally coming to Netflix tomorrow and my weekend plans are to finally finish it! I’m very excited, because I left off in the middle of season 2 when it was taken off the streaming service it was on. It’s such a great show – the characters, the world building, the stories – it’s all so solid and excellence. It was clearly made with a lot of love.

      I considered joining in for a hot minute but the questions are too damn hard. Although I was tempted to ditch the Best Cdrama and Jdorama section and just post about Someday or One Day for both like everyone else. But I’ve already written about 2000 words on that drama so enough is enough I guess.

    Oh, SAME! Especially the way they set it up, with (I dont remember who, I watched a few days ago), saying that he was really insensitive. I don’t think asking was insensitive, and I think he asked in the most caring and compassionate way that he could.
    But that baby….oh that poor, tiny, tiny, baby. And those poor parents. For real, doctors, nurses, and etc every day heroes!

Memorist ep 16
Sigh. Yoo Seung Ho never disappoints. Emotional acting A+. The day may come when I have things to criticize about the finale but it is not this day. This day, I am satisfied.

I\’ve been following Welcome for its entire runtime but I honestly have no mood to watch this week\’s eps. Watched 1st scene of ep 21, I cringed…? Not that I\’ve never cringed b4, but I guess I\’m usually like that when it comes to drama finales. But Memorist… I am SUPER excited for the last ep. My friend and I are gonna scream our heads off, that much I can predict.

    I don’t think he escaped. I think when he returns home and Hwi sees him, she will get her crush back, even if she’s dating Lom Hwi, hahaha. Because she is into boys, haha!

I dared myself to watch The Last Airbender movie. 15 mins in. Can\’t continue. The acting is just so, SO bad. Among other bad things. Welp, back to the cartoon to heal my damaged eyes.

    His acting was bad but Noah Ringer (?) was perfect as Aang. His look and movements were spot on. I enjoyed the special effects and the general aesthetic. Acting was atrocious, unbearable even.

      The sad part is I really like Zuko’s actor (Dev Patel). I couldn’t even credit him.

      regarding the movements i believe he trained in that martial arts form that the airbenders used that’s why he was so good…i just wish they gave him more acting training as well…i mean harry potter child actors were green too at the time but it didnt come off that bad…

    Honestly, Seo Ji-hoon is the only reason I’m still watching this show. This show’s concept is dumb (the person in the programming department of this channel who thought falling in love with shape-shifting cat would be romantic should lose their job), the female protagonist is completely unsympathetic and annoying, and the cat is a better actor than Kim Myungsoo. If it weren’t for the fact that we’re all basically trapped indoors, I wouldn’t be watching this at all.

        I’m hoping they’ll do the realistic thing and make the main protagonist end up with Jae-seon. If they do that, I’ll level this drama up from stupid to mediocre.

Thank you Hi Bye Mama for making the goodbyes joyful and fun instead of tearful and sad. I\’ve had enough tears for one drama. As long as Min Jung remained as Seo Woo\’s mom and Kang Hwa finally able to find peace, I am satisfied. But what was nicely (not so) surprising was that Mom had that feeling all along as was therefore able to let her go easily.

Today, I browsed thru Netflix for a few mins and clicked on Prison Playbook without really thinking. I\’m sticking with it. But since I\’m also watching Hospital Playlist, double dose of Jung Kyung Ho.

    Prison Playbook is really good. It’s by a different writer than Hospital Playlist and the Reply series (PP’s writer was her assistant) but imo it’s better than Hospital playlist because of it has a solid story.

    JKH took a bit of a back seat in PRISON PLAYBOOK but still was terrific. He has some lovely scenes with Kim Kyung-nam who plays his sweet younger brother.
