i just found a Korean store in the city i live, and i bought my first Korean ramyun (that truly comes from Korea, i mean)
So.. very happy, happy happy joy joy 🙂
Now I need to learn to prepare it LOL

    I can help here! The secret is to boil the noodles separately. Yes, you can make it all together, which is the purpose of ramen, to make it quickly and easily, but it tastes so much fresher when you boil them to just barely al dente and drain the water. Have a tea kettle of boiling water prepared as well. Put the ramen in a bowl with the seasoning packet sprinkled on top and then pour in the new water from the tea kettle. Mix and enjoy. I usually put some spinach or kale in mine too and the water blanches it under the noodles. Also, I usually put a poached egg in too. Yum! I hope you enjoy it!

      You know, Ally, I am breaking my head trying to figure out how to create the flavor. I cannot buy any of those mixing mini bags you get for it, seasoning, i suppose, because i hate spicy food. So, how do i season the water by myself??? Just like, paprika pulver, curry, cummin, and these stuffs??? I could add many things, even cilantro, which we love in the south, but it wont taste korean!!! 🙁
      I want it to taste korean, but without the spicy touch!!! LOL

I am ok with how APAD ended, because however the case, I am a Yeliner, and I am still crying for my Ajusshi, ep 15, even when I only watched the half of it. I am dreading the end tomorrow! 😶

    Adorable! I’m also serious about doing a piece with you about 20th century. The only thing is that the one I did about it is really recent, so I don’t know what the DB overlords will do. I think we should try and if it’s really entertaining or heartfelt, they may post another one? I have an email I use to comunicate with other beanies. If you set something similar up, we can take this off-line and figure out how we’d do this.

    I am not sure how it is in France (I am from central Europe) but the most famous Korean boy groups right now are BTS and EXO. 🙂

          Lol! So many options!!! No, no… My brother didn’t pay attention. He just watched quickly on tv and though, because the band was Korean, that I would know.
          Of course, he didn’t think of the fact that there are different bands, and I didn’t know either. I mean, many boys bands, of course, but many that would be famous in Europe, then how could I know??? 😅
          Anyway, I will check them all up and see if I like their music.

        Thanks a lot. By the way, I was in France by the end of the year and until last week. My brother lives in lyon. Definitively France is a better country in regard to food and health system. I am glad you deliver your child there. My brother also had a baby, that is why I went to visit, to get to know my nephew. Ohh and I live in Germany, which is also not that bad in regard to medicine treatments. But the problem is: doctors never stay enough time with patients too really understand what they have and doctors trust so much the pharmaceutical system that the only options they give us isv through chemicals, most of the time and I don’t like that. But here at least if one searches very diligent, once in a while, a better doctor can be found.

          Oh, I thought it was better in Germany, where Herboristerie is allowed and they have lots of little labs making natural herbal remedies. There is not so many doctors opened to natural healing, but there’re some like 1 in 1000. I have a certificate from Herbalism, but I didn’t find the studies very profound, like I was looking for. It’s kind of using just essential oils, why I’m more for using directly the plants and not growing them, because they loose lots of it’s natural power by planting them. I’m in the far north west side of the country, it’s beautiful in here, just the tap water is really bad – intensive farming.

            Only now I read your comment. I live in a city in the south of Germany. Have never heard of Herboristerie in Germany, maybe, but knowing here the system, i doubt it. But at least the tap water is good.

          Yeah, my first fan post. But at tge beginning when they launched the new website, i could receive all notifications, from whatever comment i would have done. And very suddenly not anymore.
          So doof, like they would say here in Germany. That is: thumbs down 🙁
