The arrival of the a**hole boss who makes life a living hell for Team 2. Poor Lee pro is also getting a weird assistant. Team leader Jo and Lee Pro’s “HYUUNNGGG!” killed me. 🤣🤣🤣

I was so proud of Baby Pro for walking out, but then I wanted to smack him in the head after. 😕

And that is why I love Bo Young. Even in times like this, she thinks of others’ feelings first. She is the most emphathetic lead in kdramaland. I also love her for her vivid imaginations. Bo Young seriously got the best imaginations. LOL.

And I love this poem.

Half way into the series, it is very hard to stay on the Island of Neutrality. When given a man-child who pull on my pony tail and share my embarrassing pictures and stories around vs Mr. Perfect who buys me meals and cute cotton candy to cheer me up, thinks I am cute no matter what and loves poetry, what is there to think about, really?
Then again, I don’t have to stay on the island, do I? 🤭🤭

Seriously though, how long is their lunch break? [Envy]

As much as I like Bo Young and the male leads, I wish they spend a little bit more time on the other characters too. We are half way through, but we only get to Dr. Kim’s back story and a tiny bit on Joo Young Joo Young. More please…

The Game: Towards Zero ep. 2
A much better episode today. The last bit was a little huh 🙄, but at least the mystery made me want to tune in to next week. Still not enough of Im Joo Hwan, and from the preview I may not even like him.

    I don’t want not to like Im Job Hwan, I like him a lot. And I find Tacyeon ears a bit annoying… I know this doesn’t make sense. I’m watching the second episode. I’m weak.

      Lol at Tacyeon ears. I do think they zoom in on him too much. Unfortunately, I think the weak link is on the two leads. They can’t emote. I am not too keen on the writer either based on that Taec’s last line in episode 2.

      You are not weak for watching the second episode. On the contrary, you’re strong…. for enduring it. LOL. j/k Second episode is much much better and it’s actually gripping.

        I’ve just watched the first episode. Cutest thing the kitty.
        The rest is not for me. I’m already watching a highly inconsistent drama with DRTK2 to add another one to the list.
        I’m sticking to my Monday-Tuesday and Weekend dramas full of love and laughs and feelings (and incoherence, of course).

          Second episode is so much better. I will stay for another week, but I have a feeling this is a drop. Kittie is the best part of the show, but I am not sure it’s going to be a regular part.

            I was afraid you were going to say so. Kittie was not a good omen for the little girl, I’m afraid. If you give it a try for another week, I may go too, I will try not to FF so much. Don’t know. I may stick because I do like Lim JuHwan, but I won’t like it if he’s the baddie or the stupid… why is he always in that position, why?

            Ah… I don’t have good feeling about Im Joo Hwan too. He didn’t even get that much screentime in the first 2 episodes! Alas. He did have that weekend drama where he’s the lead, but that drama wasn’t very successful, so he kinda goes back to this baddie or second lead roles. Sigh.

    All those people standing behind him while he entered the ER, being confident and doing nothing, because that’s what they’ve been doing since they arrived there. Like 15 people doing nothing. Although probably this is what they’ll do: they will set protocols, and procedures and they won’t let medical staff treat their patients without fulfilling them, putting in risk the patients life but preventing any kind of suit.
    Very dramaland and very annoying.

      I don’t even know why these people became doctors and nurses and don’t do anything. I mean, from watching Black Dog, it isn’t easy to become one. Maybe you are right, it’s kdrama and they are playing it for the dramatic effect. But still….

        Yes but the main reason some people want to becomes doctor is to make money. Even Yoo Ra. But even so it feels terrible.

        I have just learned writer is the same one of Fox Bride Star, which would explain so many (bad) things.

I am all caught up with Never Twice. It’s time to start a new drama. I tried Stove League, but I think I am not in the mood for it. Someone mentioned A Poem A Day the other day. I put it on my watch list, but sort of forgot about it. Now is a good time, so I started that instead. Currently finished episode 3.

I like what I see and I already love all the quirky characters in this universe.

    I loved A Poem A Day. It was a different medical drama, a small one and the characters are all wonderful. I highly recommend it.

      For once, no doctor with trauma and they all seem good at their job and not jeopardizing patients’ life.

          When I found out about the rewrite I wasn’t sure whether to be angry that she didn’t stick to the original or happy that I HAD chosen the right ship (until the writer decided to sabotage her own story) 💔

      On the other hand, I do still have fond memories of live-watching the drama, because being on the kdrama equivalent of the Titanic was a lot of fun.

      Until it sank of course. That wasn’t so much fun.

Lots of one-on-one meetings going on in this episode. I feel for the Seniors in SK. Getting into college is so hard, and to think that is not the end of it. The hardship continues even after college. These people have it rough.

Teacher Yoon continues to be awesome and so is the College Admissions Team. Haneul and Teacher Ji is going to get all the supports they can get in the following episode.

@azzo1, I legit LOL at that sight of chocolates and it’s not even supposed to be a funny scene! 😂
