Needed a break from studies, so I decided to watch an episode of happy together. In that episode Heo Sung-Tae said he was working at a conglomerate company but at the age of 35, he resigned to pursue his dream of been an actor. I was surprised at this. This shows it’s never too late to go after your dreams. I just thought to share this with my fellow beanies. Below are his pics…

I was listening to this song about Be yourself and I thought about us (beanies). We all don’t know each other but we met here in this website. We all act like ourselves and beanies will accept you for who you are. This website sure brings happiness and love to me honestly and I am sure the same goes to other beanies Thanks @javabeans, @girlfriday for creating this website and other beanies for been here…

    Thank you so much for sharing, he’s so nice!
    I thought his name was Kun Anta heh so youtube would only show me lyrics and covers of this song, but I finally looked him up. His lyrics are so nice, I really liked Ha Anatha and Be Curious, I wish I could sing along!

I thought of sending a petition to tvn to let our Dr YE ship sail but I have no idea where to send it or where to start from but then I gave myself an advice, you have exams next week just like someone posted on her wall, why let fiction characters take over reality….
But I really want my ship to sail, I just can’t take that heart break just like in R94…

I really miss the fanwall. I stayed away for 3 days based on a dare. My friend dared me, she said if you can stay away from this your dramabeans for the whole weekend (as I am so addicted), lunch is on me for a month…..So I really tried and I did it. Now I have free lunches beanies for a whole month….I am so gonna suck her dry for making me miss dramabeans and beanies…#feeling mean#
I hope I was missed too…
I was just happy it was not mon, tue or wed because I couldn’t have made it. How can I miss APAD open thread or beanies post on their fanwalls….sooooo not possible…

      Lols…. I am not arab. its a nick name given to me by my grandma due to my personality. It literally means ship but the deeper meaning is like helper, the ship that offered refuge. I love helping others even to my own disadvantage. Hence the name….

I just finished watching switch due to a beanie\’s post about it (can\’t remember who). All I can say is that I enjoyed it, in the first 30 mins, I was shocked, moved to tears and laughed hard… Thanks to the beanie who always post about switch. Please who is it? So we could talk about the drama. I can’t scroll down the fan posts but will try…

        It is fun! I’m still getting caught back up (and the sloooow vikisubs aren’t helping), but I’m thrilled to have Joon Soo in the mix. It’s like the real hijinks can start now, and I’m having fun analyzing how Jang Geun Suk is differentiating the two characters. It’s not the first time he’s had duel roles but I still can’t get over how well it does it. Such a talented actor.

        It’s fun to see Han YeRi in something else, too. The only thing I’d seen her in was Age of Youth. She’s killing it in a lead role, and is pulling off the comedy really well. I honestly didn’t expect to like the show this much. It’s nothing new, but as a something g mindlessly fluffy it’s ticking all my boxes.

          This is is the first time I am watching him in a dual role. I like Han Ye ri’s character too, she is a strong female character who takes no shit and full of action.

          The first few mins to the show is captivating, it wasted no time on introductions and just dived into it. I can’t wait for next weeks episodes and there is no preview…

          I am watching Switch as well! its a nice easy watch with great leads 🙂 I havent seen Jang Geun Suk in any other role but he is really good in Switch. I am now interested to check his other roles and I agree slow viki subs are really frustrating 🙁

    I agree with fatcat007! It has happened to me—mostly from men. And if a woman complements you, it’s really great. Can I make a generalization here? Regardless of where a woman falls on the sexuality spectrum, the women I know are judicious about their complements.

    I’ve never been told I’m beautiful, but I have had random strangers stop and apologetically tell me they couldn’t let me go without complimenting my hair or purse, etc. And I have also done the same to others, it is just wanting to acknowledge the pretty or cool that we see. ^_^

    I was once leaving an ATM and bumped into the cutest, tiniest Japanese lady who looked at me and basically yelled “PRETTY!” lol…I was quite shocked, but felt happy the rest of the day ^^
