Started watching Voice 3, the 2nd ep but scared myself within 10 sec so I decided to wait until tomorrow morning & bright light (11PM here)

When do you guys watch scary dramas? (like voice / save me)

I have similar experience with you! Sometimes scary dramas in the evening is a bit too much but sometimes you might be doing a binge and before you know it, it’s too late. During these moments, i’d try to watch some things to brighten up the atmosphere before going to sleep, just to ward off nightmares hahaha

I usually watch scary shows earlier, but I couldn’t help it with Voice. LOL I can watch crime shows at night, but with The Guest, I had to watch it during daylight hours. I think the supernatural element creeps me out more.

But I gotta admit Voice 3’s premiere weekend had a lot of violent and scary moments.

I usually watch them on the weekend in the early morning or if I do have to watch them late at night.
I try and have something lighthearted to watch afterwards.

I’m trying to hold out from watching voice 3 until more episodes are out.
I think voice must be the scariest show I’ve seen to date, I couldn’t watch save me.

Anyone has a movie recommendation for me? I’ve been recently watching Cdramas. I’d like to watch a few Cmovies too but have no idea where to start.

    If you can find them:
“Shower” – this one is hard to find. I have it on a VCR tape but can’t find it anywhere else. It is one of my all time favorite Chinese films
    “The Road Home”
    “Not One Less”
    “Red Firecracker, Green Firecracker”
    “King of Masks”

I just found Shower on Amazon Prime! Honestly it is a wonderful warm film – and I can’t recommend it highly enough…

I hope you can find it. this is one of those offbeat Chinese films that is full of family and characters and lots of love, forgiveness and coming home. It truly is one of my all time favorite films. It might be on YouTube somewhere….

“Hero” is gorgeous. What they do with colors in that movie is genius.
“House of Flying Daggers” is also lovely. And with a young Takeshi Kaneshiro, I was enthralled.

@ally-le Does Hero use a color scheme for each location? I saw a chinese movie years ago where there was something about a king and assassins. And in it there were halls or something and each one was a different color. I loved it but could never find it again.
Ah it looks like the movie I’ve been looking for! Thank you

Just started Put your head on my shoulder… I’ve already watched 2 episodes. Only 6 left :/ blaming all the beanies here. I knew I should have waited till it was all out but it was too tempting.
